We ended staying the night last minute when our train broke down in Landshut. The owner was very accommodating and made a very stressful situation much easier. He helped booked taxis to take us to dinner, called a restaurant to make a reservation and ensure that they would still be open to serve us since it was so late. We had a family room which was great - bunk beds and a double bed. Room was very clean and modern. Very close to the train station. Highly recommend this property.

This is really a completely new Ibis with a charming lobby and comfortable & warm rooms. A lot of parking places around the hotel. The train station with different eateries is just around the corner and the unique ”Altstadt” of Landshut some 20min walking. I enjoyed my overnight stay very much. The staff is excellent and a special regard to the receptionist at the check in (Tuesday afternoon, 22.02.22).

Ein schönes Hotel das sich super für kurze oder auch längere Aufenthalte eignet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und das Hotel ist in einem tadellosen Zustand. Die Lage ist super, was jedoch etwas gestört hat, wofür das Hotel jedoch nichts kann ist das in Deggendorf scheinbar etliche Autoposer unterwegs sind die auf dem nahegelegenen Parkplatz eines Einzelhandelzentrums ihre Treffen abgehalten haben. Diese waren untermalt von lautem nervigem Posergetue mit dröhnender Musik und lauten Motorengeräuschen. Hier sollte die Stadt etwas unternehmen.

Ottimo B&B situato nella periferia di Passau. Non è a distanza pedonale dal centro. E' dotato di un grande parcheggio. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto elevato. LA procedura di check-in è molto veloce. Non viene consegnata una chiave né una card, dato che le porte delle camere sono dotate di tastierino numerico, per cui al vhrvk-in viene fornito numero di camera e codice a 5 cifre per aprire la porta. Il check-out è molto rapido e nel caso di prepagamento di fatto non serve nemmeno farlo,
Le camere non sono molto spaziose ma sono dotate di tutto quello che serve (armadio, tavolino, TV piuttosto grande). Il letto è molto comodo ,un po' meno i cuscini (troppo morbidi). Il bagno ha tutto il necessario, compresa una cabina doccia molto accogliente. Ottima la pulizia. La colazione è piuttosto costosa (eur 10,50/persona) per cui non l'abbiamo provata preferendo una delle tante pasticcerie del centro.
In sintesi un'ottima esperienza: hotel sicuramente consigliabile.

The hotel is about a 30 minute uphill walk from the railway station so I would recommend taking a bus especially if you have luggage. The buses run fairly regularly during the day but less so in the evening. The room was a standard hotel room but a little cramped and there was not much space to unpack into or store suitcases. The staff were really friendly and helpful, at reception, in the breakfast room and also the cleaner. They provided a good buffet breakfast but didn't serve dinner. They recommend a restaurant 100m up the road for dinner but it was closed on the Thursday night we wanted to eat there. OK for a very short stay

PPengguna Tetamu4 Nächte haben wir hier verbracht. Parkplätze gibt es leider nur 4-5 Plätze. Besser als nix. Man muss bedenken, es ist die Altstadt, damals wurden keine Häuser mit Tiefgaragenplätzen gebaut. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein etwas größeres Zimmer mit Blick auf die Donau. Die Fenster sind kleiner als normal und höher, sodass man beim Sitzen oder Liegen nichts sehen kann. Auf viele Kommentare wegen der Lautstärke möchte ich meine Meinung dazu sagen: Das hier ist die Altstadt, da ist immer insbesondere im Sommer viel los. Natürlich gibt es draußen Pflastersteine, und natürlich ist es dann laut wenn Autos drüber fahren. Man kann nicht immer alles haben wollen, sich dann aber beschweren. Wir hatten jeweils ein Paar Ohrstöpselchen vom Hotel auf den Betten. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die Zimmer und auch das Hotel sind insgesamt etwas altbacken. Unser Zimmer hat immer etwas modrig gerochen, da es zwar kühl aber noch angenehm war, hatten wir immer das Fenster offen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Ich glaube auch, das wir jeden Tag neue Handtücher bekommen haben. Das Badezimmer ist nicht besonders gross aber auch nicht zu klein. Was ich im Bad toll fand: schön heißes Wasser, Watte, Wattestäbchen, Zahnbürste, Zahnpasta, Schuhputzschwamm, EinmalRasierer, Kamm.. Was ich im Bad nicht gut fand: Die Badewanne. Gibt vielleicht Menschen, die das noch toll finden, aber der Ein- und Ausstieg ist schwierig, es gibt keine Haltevorrichtug außer dem Handtuchwärmer / der Heizung. Eine Bitte an das Hotel: bitte auch mal täglich prüfen, ob noch genug Kaffee und Tee da sind. Wir hatten nämlich bei der Ankunft am Wasserkocher jeweils 2 Tütchen Zucker, 2 Pöttchen Milch aber leider nur 1 Portion entkoffeinierten Kaffee und nur ein Teebeutel Früchtetee. Ich habe es dann vom Frühstücksbuffet aufgefüllt :) Die Preise von der Minibar sind vollkommen OK. Da kann man sich gerne mal täglich eine Pulle Bier aufmachen. Oder auch zwei. WLan ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Frühstück haut mich nicht vom Hocker. Eigentlich war alles da und man wurde satt. Dafür gab es eine sehr gute Auswahl an Teesorten. Die Lage des Hotels ist MEGA, tolle Restaurants in der Nähe

PPengguna TetamuThe lobby is beautiful and there are comfortable sitting areas both inside and outside. The room was bright and smelled clean and fresh. There were little chocolates and earplugs on our pillows. The bathroom was small, but comfortable and had little amenities such as shower caps, lotion and sponges. The shower door did leak, though. There was a lovely minibar in the room with drinks and snacks that were reasonably priced. Parking was a problem. There is a garage, but the incline is so steep, that we couldn't drive down it without damaging the car. We had to find parking on the street. The hotel was located a little farther away from the city center as we thought, but not really bad. It's a nice walk downhill and over a bridge.

PPengguna TetamuEntspannte Tage verbracht. Nur ein kleiner Unfall mit der Liege am Pool. Aber alles halb so schlimm. Komme sehr gerne wieder. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Essen spitze. Highlight war für mich der beheizte Außenpool. Leider mussten wir heute früher abreisen aus privaten Gründen. Ansonsten hätten wir den Wellnessbereich noch länger genutzt. 🌞😃👍

Really nice staff and helpful. We try to book before few hotels but they was a bit rude and doesn’t spoke English. But here yes they accept English and very friendly. Rooms nice and clean. They have a parking underground with 8€ cost . Thank you so much guys . See you soon .

PPengguna TetamuWaldkirchen ist ein Ort, dem man vom Namen her nicht direkt anmerkt, dass er viel bietet, sei es eine nicht unbekannte Destillerie, Natur, Wanderwege, eine Kurpark etc. Das von der Achat Gruppe neu hinzu erworbene Hotel liegt am Rande von Waldkirchen in der Nähe des Freibads. Das Hotel ist ein wenig verwinkelt und Menschen mit einer Geheinschränkung hätten hier mit Sicherheit Schwierigkeiten. Nach der Übernahme wird man noch einige Veränderungsmaßnahmen durchführen müssen. Das Zimmer war anständig, vielleicht an der einen oder anderen Stelle bereits etwas abgegriffen. Die Parksituation vor dem Hotel war gut, bei einer kompletten Ausbuchung muss man etwas ausweichen. Das Frühstück gab keinen Anlass zur Beanstandung, bis auf die Bedienung, die teilweise etwas ratlos herum stand und nicht genau wusste, was man tun sollte. Das führte dazu, dass teilweise Geschirr fehlte. Insgesamt aber hatten wir einen positiven Eindruck und eine deutliche Tendenz für eine Wiederholung.

Das Hotel liegt direkt bei der Therme in Bad Gögging. Von hier aus kann man einige Unternehmungen starten. Es ist ein größeres Hotel, allerdings verläuft es sich und somit merkt man das gar nicht so wirklich. Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist in allen Bereichen sauber und ordentlich. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Allerdings könnte der Schreibtisch ein paar Ausbesserungsarbeiten vertragen, da dieser schon einige Abnutzungsspuren zeigt. Das Bad ist von der Größe vollkommen ausreichend, man hat Platz. Die Dusche ist ok. Die Matratzen sind super, man kann sehr gut schlafen. Der Balkon ist auch schön. Der Fitnessraum ist auch gut, hier sind tolle Geräte vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen Spabereich. Sauna etc. ist auch vorhanden, die haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt. Es gibt auch einen Innen und Außenpool, die sind klasse. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist vielfältig und für jeden etwas dabei. Wer sich hier nichts findet, der ist selbst schuld. Das Abendessen ist auch in Büffetform, schmeckt aber sehr gut, hier ein großes Lob an die Küche. Das gesamte Team war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen und genießen.

Since ownership /management changed was disappointed to see that standards have dropped drastically. The staff are helpful but there are so few of them around. This weekend the overworked receptionist doubled as electrician trying to deal with issues such as the electronic key system not working and several guests locked out of their rooms. Meanwhile other arriving guests were waiting at reception with the phone ringing. This hotel feels like it is nose-diving down without a careful management eye looking at maintenance and details. I love this place but it is definitely not a four star hotel!
