Ulasan Sanctuary Hotel Luang Prabang

Location is convenient, within walking distance from the downtown Main Street. Perfect for those who want to watch almsgiving in the early morning. Has a nice cafe next door which provides great coffee.

This hotel was in one word: phenomenal! I literally haven’t stayed in a place this good in years. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. There is a super well equipped and clean gym, with all the right equipment and a speaker and aircon. The garden is so pretty. The pool is small but not too small, and refreshing. They provide glass bottles and water taps rather than handing out plastic bottles. The breakfast is so good, with eggs made on demand and barista level coffees. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner and we had an amazing club sandwich poolside. The location is fantastic, walking distance from all the sights and restaurants. But most of all it was the service, especially from Nin at reception. They were so kind. Go stay here, you won’t regret it.

Multiple issues with facility and did not think it was rated accurately. hot water issues, broken lockbox, construction by pool and inadequate noise buffer inside room. Not sure I would consider staying again.

Charming and rustic, I really liked it. The Lao-style breakfast was also delicious, especially their noodles.

Overall, I'm very satisfied; the location is great.

We loved this little hotel in the heart of Luang Prabang! The staff were so helpful and the pond was very picturesque.

There are some issues while we're staying at hotel. at that time, the staff from hotel was kindly helping us and makes us solve the problem :-) During staying at this hotel, we definitely felt like they are taking care of the guests from the bottom of our heart! when we have a chance to come to LPB, we will come to this hotel ! It's a nice hotel where Lao's style buildings around amazing garden...and it's not far from night market.....easy going to everywhere.

Good experience

We stayed in February for two nights in Luang Prabang, choosing to stay in the Sanctuary Hotel because the architecture is traditional Laotian design. The owner is French and he certainly pays attention to the food, his staff serves delicious Laotian and Western style breakfast with fresh breads and jams and made to order noodles and eggs. He has paid attention to using glass bottles for drinking water in the rooms which reduces plastic waste. Good job!
