Hotel berhampiran Kaysone Phomvihane Monument, Luang Prabang

-The staffs are very friendly. Even though English is not their first language, they utilize translation app and enjoy the conversation with the guests. Very open-minded. -The room is super clean. -The location is a bit away from the historical area (30mins+ on foot) but you can enjoy the local life along the way to the area. It was my first trip to Laos, and only for two days, but it became a very pleasant stay. Would love to visit again.

Great hotel!! I'd stay there again. The staff was excellent. Each and every one kind, sweet and helpful. I'm forever spoiled. They've raised the bar. I ate several meals there and all of them were good. They went out of their way to be helpful. The view of the Delta is grand and relaxing. The hotel is brand new. It's easy to get to the night market.

This hotel is fabulous. The staff are friendly and happy to help. The facilities are great and it’s generally quite around the site. The rooms are spacious and bed very comfortable. The shuttle to downtown is very handy. Just one thing, I was woke by a gong at around 3:30am every morning.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Amantaka in December this year. The whole city has just bounced back from the pandemic so I had a little expectation when coming to Luang Prabang this year. However, everything at the resort was exceptional, from the moment we were greeted at the airport, to when we were warmly greeted by the members of staff as we arrive at the moment, and when we left the resort. The property was converted from a historic building but was very well maintained. It has a classic and subtle charm and feels very cosy and intimate. Don't forget to use the Bath House that with a private pool, steamed room and sauna. Thank you Amantaka team for exceptional hospitality and I will be back again!

I made a reservation and went to another hotel because it was a system error. I was not feeling well, The hotel I moved to was a better hotel. I don't know because I didn't stay at this hotel, but the other hotel was really good

50대 혼여행자입니다. 라오스 호텔의 대부분이 소규모로 운영됩니다. 직원분들은 엄청 친절합니다. 꽝시폭포 조인밴 예약 100,000만킵 오토바이 새거 하루렌탈 250,000킵 호텔에서 예약했습니다. 이 호털은 반지하가 있어 싼방 예약시 반지하에 배장될 확률이 높아 보입니다. 호텔앞 테이블에서 멍때리기에도 감성이 있어 보입니다. 조식은 일반빵이랑 커피입니다. 위치적으로 좋아 근처 가게도 많고 메콩강이랑 가깝고(걸어서1분) 몽족아히장도 가깝습니다.(걸어서 5분) 가까운 곳 미니소도 있지만 물건이 별로 없습니다. 미니소 약국 옆에서 썬크림이랑 밴드를 구입했습니다. 호텔에서 환전은 안됩니다. 한국사람 기준으로 방이 그렇게 청결하지는 않습니다. 직원들의 친절함으로 일부 불만은 덮어집니다.^^ 유럽쪽 여행객들이 많이 묵는것 같습니다. 대체로 가격 대비 만족합니다.

When our driver pulled up to the hotel by a rickety bridge over the river, we were a bit nervous as the hotel looks tiny from the outside. What we thought was the hotel was actually the lobby and the hotel is actually quite large and sprawling with buildings and bungalows scattered next to the river. The hotel has a lovely infinity pool by the river with a lounge chairs, beach towels and an affordable pool bar with snacks for sale. The rooms were spacious with large balconies. The toilet was by the front door so you had to exit the WC walk around the corner to the bathroom to wash your hands - sort of a weird set up, but did help in the morning for 2 people to get ready. This was the only hotel we stayed in with dual sinks and a long vanity so excellent for 2 travelers and a big plus! The shower was a walk in so east access. The hotel also has a restaurant where breakfast (included) is served in the morning. Unfortunately it was a buffet with limited options and the food that was supposed to be hot was always cold and unappetizing. The hotel uses tiny candles to try to keep the food warm but this method does not work at all. The hotel no longer has a shuttle to town which is a negative as you need to walk across a scary rickety bridge to get to town. The hotel does not have a gym which is a requirement, in my opinion, if you want to be a 5 star resort. My only other comment to management is to find a few better English speaking employees as we had difficulty communicating with staff. Yes we know we are in Laos and should learn to speak their language but I feel when you cater to tourists you need a few people in each area to speak the universal language for business. We did enjoy our stay and can recommend this hotel to others.

第一次去很怕踩坑，看評論後怕出行不便衹預訂了一晚，事實上完全不用擔心，負責人阿輝親自開車來接，跟同胞交流順暢多了！辦理入住後果斷續住。酒店設施很新，工作人員很熱情，特別阿輝全程都有給建議並安排遊玩行程，介紹的當地司機也很好👍完全滿足了我們的需求。非常完美的一次旅途，因為他們我們對這個城市留下了好印象，一定會再來！

選擇他家完全是看中了超棒的復古風， 加上他家在布吉岛的酒店風評還不錯， 沒有太多猶豫就訂了。 Check in時我們打算包一艘船游湄公河， 值班經理很熱情的詢問需不需要預訂一些食物， 而且可以幫忙布置， 另一位年紀稍長的女士看我掛着相機， 把我帶到了他們的藏酒室， 讓我拍一些照片， 還說可以選一款紅酒帶到船上。 看了MENU以後我們覺得並不是很喜歡， 就表示衹包船就好， 值班經理的態度馬上發生了大轉變。 由於當時房間還沒有準備好， 我們出去溜達了一圈， 回來剛好碰到他熱情洋溢的送走了一羣白人住客， 看到我們回來再次展現戲劇性變臉， 轉頭對前台說“304、305”就走開了， 前台倒是還算熱情， 幫我們把行李送到了房間， 並詳細介紹了房間情況， 這是在這家酒店遇到的第一個不愉快。 由於他家SPA在琅勃拉邦很有名， 在預訂時我訂了含SPA的套餐， 辦理入住時前台並沒有詢問是否需要預約， 之後我想起來與前台預約， 被告知當天已經約滿， 因為第二天我們中午就要離開琅勃拉邦， 便把時間預約到第二天早上9點， 結果當天晚上卻跑來告訴我們， 第二天早上的也滿了， 衹能選擇中午， 這樣我們便沒時間做這個項目， 前台說他的權限無能為力， 我們可以第二天與經理溝通。 第二天退房時我們向經理提出這個問題（原來昨天那位女士就是經理）， 她表示可以送我們一瓶紅酒， 感覺她對紅酒真的很有執念， 雖說他家在酒方面的選品還不錯， 但是這個處理並不讓人滿意。 我們說我們不需要這瓶紅酒， 而且我們是兩個房間， 她又提出可以送我們去火車站作為補償。 由於時間比較緊， 不想再做過多糾纏， 衹能同意。 臨走前她還找我要昨天在藏酒室的照片， 原來在這等着呢。 早上吃早餐時， 我們是主動要的餐單， 我們就坐以後旁桌來了兩個白人， 同一個服務員就很熱情的送上菜單， 並且殷勤的問他們今天過的怎麼樣， 那諂媚的表情讓我覺得有點噁心。 那位女經理當時也在餐廳， 上菜時全程麪無表情， 放盤子的聲音還特別響， 這不應該是一個酒店經理人的素質。 總之， 這家酒店舔白很厲害， 看到不少國內住客在他家也有類似的經歷， 發出來讓大家避避坑， 他家的價格和服務非常不匹配， 琅勃拉邦好酒店一大把， 實在沒必要在他家花錢找不痛快。

신축된 호텔이라 깨끗하고 시끄러운 시내의 외곽이라 정말 조용하다 대표님인지 책임자인지는 모르겠으나 너무나도 친절하고 하루종일 부지런하게 돌아다니면서 호텔을 관리해서 그런지 휴지조각 하나 찾아보기 힘들다 볼때마다 불편함이 없는지 물어보며 영어가 능숙하여 의사소통에 문제가 없다 이 호텔의 최고는 수영장이다 1.3M 이라고 적혀있는 깊이에 타일로 마감되어 수질이 깨끗하고 물의 온도가 적당하여 아이들이 좋아 한다 조식은 맛있고 식당은 청결 하다 직원들은 식당내부를 맨발로 다니고 눈이 마주치면 항상 웃어준다 시내 중심가에 간다고 하니 전기카트로 셔틀 해 주고 개방된 전기카트를 타고 로컬를 달리는 재미도 있다 많은 호텔을 경험해 보았으나 최고로써 기억에 남을 호텔이다
