I had a car problem and could not go to Lubbock for my business meeting. Since I already virtually used my reservation for being absence, I thought I could get my Hyatt points for my valid reservation made through *******. Hyatt's Michael said I were not eligible because the reservation was made through *******. He was very uncooperative to offer assistance on the phone, it happened on Thursday at approximately 4pm CST. Unlike his other colleagues I had spoken with previously on the same day yesterday, and at previous stays at this location. I think Hyatt failed to train their staff on their customer service policy.
