Hotel Lubeck dengan Bar

Although located next to the station the hotel proved to be a quiet location. The rooms are quite small, lack some amenities (coffee making) but the bed and bedding is comfortable and sleep quality is good. The breakfast was superb with plenty of options. It offered excellent value and was only around 15 minute walk to the old town and its attractions.

I have been visiting this hotel for over 10 years (expect during Covid). As an amputee (5 yrs ago) and in a wheelchair, the rooms are excellent and have safe and secure wc & shower seat. Staff are just the best in the business. Breakfast has been good for all the years I have visited and the restaurant manager is the same wonderful lady for 10 years. Nothing is too much trouble and good underground parking plus a large lift. 99% perfect just a new mattress which make my room 114 100%. Well done IBIS Germany. Perhaps a few Euros more than it should be even with an Accor card.

Hervorzuheben ist auf jeden Fall die Bar. Zwar sicher nicht billig, aber eine die den Namen auch verdient hat, wenn ich sie mit anderen Angeboten in anderen Hotels vergleiche. Nicht negativ, aber verbesserungswürdig wäre das Bad. Für ältere Leute, oder körperlich nicht mehr so fitte Menschen ist die Kombination Wanne/Dusche mit dem hohen Einstieg einfach unglücklich. Auch ein WC-Stützgriff wäre empfehlenswert.

We had 3 nights stay in July 2022. This hotel is located right the in center of Lübeck in the old part of the city. The City Hall Square is just 3 min away as well as the nice water channels. Hotel rooms are spacy and some of the cleanest I have ever seen. We had a room facing the street which was fine. We did not experience any noise as it is a very quiet street. Break feast buffet had a nice wide selection and was well organized. Staff was friendly and service minded through out the stay. We used the underground Parking owned by the hotel. The hotel puts up signs with names so there are reserved fixed spots. Note that some of the parking spaces are a bit narrow, even for normal size cars. Also note that the road leading up the parking garage is narrow and bumpy (Old town road) So lower sports cars can have issues) All in all we had an excellent stay and sure choose Atlantic Hotels again

What a great experience staying here! Super welcoming and great customer service. We arrived early and were able to get into our room after a long long travel day from Toronto. The room was clean and very comfortable. And the bunk beds/room was perfect for our family - everyone had a bed! Highly recommend staying here... an easy walk to the town center and great restaurants.

整晚被噪音吵得沒睡着，以至於第二天暈頭轉向，不得不吃止疼葯。嚴重影響次日行程，非常失敗的一次入住！ 酒店的中央空調（或通風系統），有特別大的噪音，即使是關掉了房間內的AC，仍然整晚吵得好像在機艙裏。尤其是正對長走廊的那幾個房間。反而靠裡面lobby方向的，還會安靜一點，但又沒有view可言。 作為一個五星酒店，提供一個舒適的睡眠怎麼也是必須的吧！這方面真是太差了。吵到實在忍無可忍，半夜三點換房間。還好夜班服務員態度很好，開了另外幾間，來挑。而且她也說知道有的房間就是這樣的問題。看來這是多次被抱怨噪音。這就是我知道這一排房間都這樣吵的原因。 所以更確認了這是樓裏AC系統問題，如果不想整晚像在機艙裏面一樣白噪聲和嘯叫，一定要避坑。 而且酒店的床特別不舒服，是那種最窄的0.8米小床，還沒加墊子，大床房就是把倆小床並一起。雙床即使分開一條窄縫。雖然歐洲很多都這樣，但就完全不能稱5星的標準。前台的人，從頭到尾態度都很傲慢，也沒任何錶示抱歉的意思。 這一點上，強推不來梅的萬豪，床品舒適極了。 不過 有一說一，酒店的位置、景觀和早餐確實都很棒。步行去城裡一切景點。門口停車晚上（18:00-次日10:00）免費，白天全天6歐。 表演攜程的工作人員：對客戶很負責，跟酒店battle。服務態度很好。

As an international traveler I care most about functioning wifi, A/C, and parking - basically in that order. The hotel is easy to reach from Hamburg via Autobahn and close to major routes. 25 min walk into the city, several shops and restaurants close by. Breakfast and bar is great, amazing view from 8. floor. Rubbery smell in the hallway. Parking is a nigh**are in the adjacent parking lot - very tight no space situation all around. Room clean with spartan ambiance that is called ‘nordic’ . No carpet and very clean. Not much room in the bathroom/counter. Wifi does not work - also it is an all open network hotspot causing additional problems with Mac/ I phone. A/C in room shuts off after short period of time with humid weather. Very minimal bedding - 1 small pillow with no additional pillows in room. Staff at the desk was helpful with late check-in. Otherwise unconcerned about the idea that most travelers need functioning wifi and expect A/C to work. Staff in the bar/ restaurant is amazing and super friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Sehr schade, dass das Haus schließt. Wir hätten es gerne in voller Blüte erlebt. Man hat gemerkt, dass hier Aufbruchstimmung war... Optisch hat uns alles gut gefallen. Spa war überwiegend geschlossen, Restaurant und Co.vollständig. Wir wünschen den übrigen Mitarbeiter: innen alles Gute!

We had a spacious (”privilige”) room, new, quiet (even though room was facing the busstation). Good breakfast. Upon departure, we left some valuables in our room, the staff was very helpful in arranging the return of our belongings by mailing it to our home.
