It was a brief stay for us - only one night to catch an early flight home from QRO airport. The service was excellent, the room was modern and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Located very close to a big church and square and easy access to the quaint streets of old Queretaro. The front desk person was super helpful, friendly, spoke English and helped us with arranging taxi service at 4:45am to get us to the airport! Be prepared that there are no windows in the rooms, just a french door with glass opening into the courtyard. The attached restaurant and bakery looked really nice and we would have liked to have been able to partake of the included breakfast but unfortunately our flight was too early; instead, our host prepared sandwiches for us to take with us, which was very thoughtful. Be sure to check out the view of the amazing aquaduct from the overlook a few blocks east of the big church.

Excellent hotel location and service of staffs is good. Hotel are near restaurants like York Pub, Tok’s, Rebel Wings, House Rolls, Domino’s, Los Chanchos, ect. Also Starbucks, Beauty Spa and Office Depot.

Modern hotel with outdoor pool and cosy sitting area. Location is great as lots of eateries and pub nearby. Room is nicely deco with the necessary amenities. Water pressure is a bit small for shower and wifi is not strong. Staff are very nice and helpful. Great choice to stay here for the price offered in trip.com

Excellent Service!, everyone was very nice and polite, the rooms are very clean and organized!, the views are awesome too!. The food is very nice too, and in the breakfast you can choose whatever you want!, everything is delicious!, other very good thing about this hotel is that is very near of the Bus Terminal

I had an amazing experience in this hotel. The personnel was very nice, attentive to my needs. The room was spacious enough, good water pressure, good amenities. The area was not noisy at night, the included breakfast was very good. All great experiences, at a very affordable price.

第二次住這家酒店，酒店像古老的莊園，佔地面積大，花園漂亮，藝術感很濃，大廳和走道有各種藝術和油畫，有歲月感，房間很大，設施設備齊全，衹是設施有些陳舊，台盆下水不是很暢通，早餐豐富，品種多，游泳池很大，水温適合，早晨起來空氣清新，不錯的體驗。

Clean, a bit warm during day but that is local weather. You need to take a taxi to the airport in the early morning can cost 350 mxn. Not much to do nearby, this is a motel foremost but it is quiet if you get a room further from road.

Not much to tell, just a one nighter in Queretaro for business, non descriptive part of town, everything ok but nothing stood out, restaurant can feed your hunger, but I cannot call it good Mexican food!
