Sachin , kajal , Sakshi this guys did really good job. It was a really nice ambiance with amazing staff. The service was great. I am glad that I spend my Lucknow trip with this guys ! They are really nice and helpful to everyone and really kind to all .

So ambisioius place specially orchid restaurant breakfast is very nice and all staff are very masala tea counter is so good specially the staff member shaista is so helpful and nice

Very comfortable, clean and spacious rooms with amazing beds. The staff were very helpful, courteous and relaxed without feeling intrusive. The buffet offered for breakfast and dinner was amazing with something to everyone's taste, a la carte was also available but buffet much better value. the only thing that let them down somewhat was the coffee. there is an open space balcony for smokers located next to the bar. The location is in the middle of the hub hub of the city and the hotel can arrange a car for site-seeing and airport transfers, although this was a bit on the pricey side, however a very helpful staff member whose name escapes me arranged a much cheaper car and auto rickshaw for us. I would also like to mention Suryash (bar ***, waiter, room service) who while extremely busy was exceptional in making our stay pleasant and enjoyable, always with a smile. The pool on the rooftop terrace was clean and lovely. As avid spa users I felt it was very clean and I would not fault the massage in any way, but it was not as professional as I would have liked, bit awkward, not really what I had asked for and staff a bit pushy to sell more treatments.

Fortune Lucknow is premium hotel of ITC group .Our stay there was peaceful all working staff specially in the morning breakfast buffet assistant staff Kajal and Sakshi were very polite and help full . All house keeping staff and reception person Utkarsh is very helpful. Altogether this hotel is very best in clean and peaceful. It is near main market Hazrat ganj so it is situated in center of Lucknow so it is easy to commute every here in Lucknow . We as family stay was wonderful here . One thing I want to suggest that in dinner buffet there are so many lackings staff can not handle so much person at a time so please put some more staff and dishes were also not filled timely and those were empty some time also .. and my suggestion to pls try to put ice cream In this hot summer.Sonewhere variety of food is lacking .

Had dinner in one of the restaurant of ITC . Executive Chef was kind enough to meet in person. My 10 month old was offered side chair with support . Restaurant was neat and tidy with very minimal noise .Service was good . Kid was offered complimentary kheer .Breads came well in time .so a good experience.rather than going to busy restaurant better go to hotel and have a personal feel while having a meal

It was a nice experience and food was nice and delicious. Staff quit nice especially Ranjeet ….he serve with proper care and understand what we like and want. ITC fortune is best place to visit here. Food especially chicken tikka and chicken lababdar is excellent

Stay is very comfortable Food is good with lot of variety in breakfast buffet. Excellent gym facilities and restaurants All facilities available under one roof Value for money But the star is the staff here… very cordial and great hospitality Rooms are spacious with all amenities
