This was my first visit to Hyatt Regency Lucknow after signing corporate special rates—thank you, Nitu, for your professionalism and for helping me save my hard-earned money. Special thanks to Vaishnavi, my "Sankat-Mochan," who magically secured my booking for 15th–17th November when all other channels were closed. She also remembered my anniversary and arranged a beautiful cake-cutting surprise with Sheesh, Riddhi, and Akansha, making it a truly unforgettable experience. Check-in was seamless, thanks to Sheesh for ensuring my favorite room (203) was ready early. At Rocca, the food gets better every day—kudos to Chefs Ravi, Bheem, Tarun, and especially Chef Harshit, whose heartfelt preparations turn every meal into a soulful delight. The service team, led by Anoop, works flawlessly; special thanks to Swamy Ji, Puneet, Sachin, Anurag, Brijesh, Shiva, Aditya, Rabeena, Gita, Ruchi, Santosh, and Okali for their teamwork and hospitality. The pool and gym staff, guided by Punit, excel in customer care, with Rahul as a fantastic swimming coach. Housekeeping, under Kumail, ensures rooms are spotless and fragrant—special thanks to Raja, Sudhir, Ujjal, and Sandeep. The travel desk team (Pawan, Mahendra, and Asha) was always helpful with smiles to match. Finally, I must commend the General Manager, whose leadership clearly inspires the entire staff. This stay was an absolute delight, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Bed n pillows are good, dining staff Lokesh, Shiva, Harshit, Anandi, Gita are excellent. The hotel will make sure to fulfill requests. But the downside is the hotel is smaller compared to other hyatts and stay packed with official and business clients. The outcome is elevators runs slow n not adequate. Otherwise excellent stay.

I had an incredible stay at Hyatt Regency Lucknow, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff's hospitality was warm and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Dining at Rocca was a highlight, where Chef Harshit and his team delivered an exceptional culinary experience with dishes that were both flavorful and beautifully presented. The breakfast spread was equally impressive, offering a variety of options to suit every palate. The hotel's facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained, and the overall ambiance made for a truly rejuvenating stay. I look forward to returning and highly recommend Hyatt Regency Lucknow to anyone seeking a luxurious and welcoming experience

The Hyatt Lucknow is located in a prime area of Gomti Nagar, making it easily accessible. The hotel team followed up with us a day before our check-in, which was appreciated. However, despite informing them that we would be arriving by road and expected to be there by lunchtime, our room was not ready upon arrival. We reached the hotel reception at 3:00 PM, an hour after the check-in time of 2:00 PM (which is already late), but we were informed that our room was still not prepared. The reception staff told us, that they are going to call us once the room is prepared. After a tiring 7-hour drive, it was disappointing to have to wait until 6:00 PM (as received the call at 6:00 PM) for our room. Our breakfast was included in the stay, the breakfast offered at the hotel was impressive, with a wide variety of options. However, the service fell short. On the first morning, I ordered an omelette and masala dosa, which needed to be requested at the table. Despite multiple reminders, the dishes never arrived, and we had to leave for a meeting, finally we decided to leave without having them. The following day, although the breakfast spread was again good, the hospitality was lacking. We ordered an Americano and a Cappuccino, but the coffee took 40-45 minutes to be served, even after several requests. The staff appeared unprofessional and disengaged, with no eye contact or interaction with the guests at the restaurant. On the third day, after expressing our dissatisfaction, the breakfast service improved significantly, thanks to Mr. Shiv, who personally ensured that all table orders were taken care of and delivered promptly. Overall, while the hotel's location and breakfast quality were commendable, the service and professionalism of the staff did not meet the expected standards of Hyatt Group, which affected our overall experience. #hyattregency #hyattlucknow #hotelsinlucknow

We booked directly on hotel website to avoid hassle.. No body reverted email but managed to get China world whtsapp n they connected me to duty manager who assisted with airport transport. Which was appreciated. Check in was at midnight despite of giving all passport/ visa etc they messed up n chased us twice in morning to come to reception with passport as they didn’t scan the visa.. The rooms were simple n clean but felt it was more of dust in air. Service is not upto standard.. breakfast time has to keep repeating for cutlery. Personally nothing special and would give them normal standard hotel. Location wise its good n convenient.. close to malls n cafes.

Property at good location and maintained very well by hyatt and services are good ***** with food wellcome was also good being member i booked suit and it was nice to have it ***** with all amenities there. Akasnsha from guest relations was very good for welcome and take care all things

Having travelled quite a bit I can say that this hotel offers a surprise as I could see it offered much more than what I expected. Right from check in until check out it is a relaxing experience with every need being taken care of. I felt the rooms were worth more than what I actually paid for. I am referring to the interiors and just the vibes I got. I didn't miss a thing in the room. Thanks Hyatt for the Pleasant ambience, courteous staff and tasty food.
