Hotel Classio Collection

No pressure in the tap, water is very very slow in the bath room. Have to wait for long time even for a bucket of water in the bathroom.

Rooms are well cleaned, staff is attentive, food is good, hotel location easy to access.

When i reached the hotel at around 11 pm, i was told that i have already checked in (web check in i guess. The staff had, without confirming the details properly, allotted the room to another guest. We'll i ignored on account of human error. I asked the room service if they could anything for dinner, no is what i got. Next day i enquired if one particular dish on their menu was available, i was told its not available and the phone was disconnected. I wanted to ask what options could they serve but the person was long gone. In short, the hotel is short on hospitality. Though the location, rooms and other facilities were ok.

The stay is very good there i choose every-time classio collection. The hospitality given by them is so nice with full of gratitude. And i will always recommend classio collection to my friends also.

It is a good expericence. It is a great hotel. It staff is very good. Hotel accomdation is very good

The locality is a little shady. But the hotel staff is polite. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. Food is okay. It is convenient for short work trips.

It was booked by wrong date and i didn't even stay there. They didn't even tried to changed the date from their end after multiple request. Not happy

not good… No hygiene.. bathroom lock was broken. .. i won’t suggest to anyone… not worth for money..

The food was osm special dis fish do pyaja is spacious and fresh and clean but mutton on that day is not available
