We loved our two-night stay here. The helper 直玛was incredibly helpful—anything you asked, she would respond within a minute. No need to worry about a thing when you can just ask! Thank you, 直玛！

Hotel is very value for money. It provides breakfast, afternoon tea and supper. It also has a photographers to take photo for you. Staff is helpful and friendly and view is awesome. Room is also very comfortable

Exceptional service, view, and rooms!
The moment we walked in to the hotel lobby, we were greeted by the amazing view of the lake. The lobby was also very pretty.
The hotel gives a welcome high tea set upon arrival. There's also a free photoshoot with professional photographers, so bring pretty clothes. They give 5 free original photos and you can add on for edited ones.
Every staff always answer our questions sincerely and go the extra mile for every small request we make. Special shout-out to our butler，二车， who came over specially to check in on us when he heard from housekeeping that we are checking out earlier due to change in our plans and also made arrangements to serve our breakfast earlier as we have an early itinerary.
The rooms are nice, and we face the lake directly. The room also gave eye masks, face masks and they even have a hair straightener in the room. Toilet comes w bidet as well.

The view from our balcony is fantastic. You can just sit there with a cup of tea and be lost in the tranquility of the lake. We were lucky that the sky cleared up when we reached the hotel and had a good view of the lake whilst enjoying our free afternoon tea.
Service was beyond expectations with the attention to detail by our butler 二车 and every staff that we encountered during our stay. 次尔 from the front desk plays the guitar really well and serves a great latte.
All in all, we are very impressed by all the staff's level of service and I would totally love to come back here to stay if I come back to 泸沽湖。

The premier seaview hotel at Lugu Lake which delivers exceptional service, particularly from the receptionist 管家娜姆, who adeptly guides guests through the hotel's offerings, policies, and special features. Her assistance with arranging photoshoots, meals, and tea sessions is invaluable. The hotel's design is stunning, featuring multiple picturesque spots on both the top and ground floors. The room is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with rich amenities. I will definitely return for another stay!.
