Special mentio front office and sales @cady @elda @laura@ Diego ( room service ) Resturant @danny. I once left my laptop bag in the Resturant and realised it much later only to be pleasantly surprised that one of the folks from the Okapi Resturant picked it up and kept it aside for me so it’s also safest & secure hotel in Kinshsha . Many of the frontline staff speak very good English making it easy for visitors to engage. Overall the best choice for business travellers in Kinshsha ! More power to you guys !! 💕💕

Me and 26 crew members we are living in Kinplaza since November 2023 , we are really impressed from the Hotel , rooms are extremely clean , service excellent . No even one crew member complains about anything . As you know Airlines looking for top hotels only and this is the right place to stay for couple of months . In addition they have 5 Star Resturant with food from Libanon and international as well especially Chief Abbas is an excellent Profi . I can tell you you can feel like at home in Europe . You have to ask for Abbas and then you can enjoy the prepared food .

After 40 years travelling around the world this was war for sure the worst experience I had. We stayed there for business, there were three of us. That's a very bad deal. The location is dark and dangerous, the rooms are old and dirty. The air conditioner didn't work fine and there were several cockroaches in the room. We stayed 5 nights and none of them they cleaned the room. To have extra tissues or a clean towels you should ask at the reception and bring yourself to the room. The gym is full of dusty and very poorly equipped. The swimming pool was disgustingly dirty. The breakfast is basic but be prepared to have your meal with many flies. Finally, one staff member told me he has been working there for three years without any weekly or annual vacations. This kind of management might explain why the staff in a whole seems so tired.
