We feel very safe and secure. The staff are very gentle and helpful while we were there. I like the design of the hotel and environment around, lots of space for doing yoga practice as well. Love the foods and we enjoyed all the meals that we have there. Love it so much! Would recommend to others if they are here and wanna find good place to stay.

The hotel environment is quite nice, but the room was truly terrible! Bugs were everywhere, even on the bed. Even sleeping in the bed, bugs would fly into my face and body. The entire room was filthy, old, and awful! The toilet was moldy, the flushing water was black and moldy, and there were tissues from the previous guest in the trash can! The showers were cold, the sheets smelled musty, the room was dusty, and it hadn't been cleaned. I later learned that the previous owner was Japanese, but then changed to a Nepalese one. While the hotel looked newly renovated, the rooms hadn't been renovated at all. This is the first time I've encountered such a business...

The hotel is really old, so the hardware is not very good! There were a lot of mosquitoes when the lights were on at night, but fortunately they didn't bite! The waiter was very nice, and the food in the restaurant was also very good. The fried chicken and fried rice we ordered were both good, recommended! The hotel has a history of more than 30 years. The rooms are designed by the Japanese, and the layout is full of Japanese style. Although the maintenance is good, the facilities are too old after all. The cooling capacity of the air conditioner is limited. I don’t know if it’s because of the low season. On the first day we arrived at the store, there were no other guests in the huge hotel. There were less than 10 staff members serving the guests in one of our rooms. On the second day, the other room seemed to be occupied. The hotel does not provide hot water for bathing, but because of the hot weather, the problem is not too big. There are no other commercial facilities around. If you don't want to call a car, you can only have meals at the hotel, and the price is normal.
