Great hotel in a great central location. Hotel is modern and clean. Rooms are well appointed, quiet, extremely clean and beds and beddings very comfortable. Breakfast has just the right balance between variety and quality. Front desk organized a tour for me to Longmen Grottoes and Shaolin Temple without any hassle. It's a short 10 to 15 minutes Didi ride to just about anywhere in Luoyang and I enjoyed the food court at the mall just across the road from the hotel. Will definitely stay again if I'm in Luoyang.

In a word - WOW. This hotel is exceptional. This was not only one of the best hotels we stayed at in China, it also qualifies as one of the top 10 hotels we have ever stayed at globally. The staff is incredible, the amenities are top notch and the hotel is located walking distance from the high speed rail train station in Luoyang. We ate at the casual bar/ restaurant and the breakfast buffet during our stay. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious with lots of variety and dishes to choose from. From what we understand, this hotel is quite new. I really hope they continue to uphold the impressive level of service and comfort that we experienced. Some staff members speak a little English and the others use translation apps, everyone is very helpful. We have nothing but praise for this hotel and their excellent staff.

The staff are lovely and very attentive. My family had a wonderful stay here. The food is plentiful and varied, and the surrounding scenery is also very beautiful. The hotel's Chinese restaurant has many delicious dishes and is suitable for international guests. I will choose the hotel next time in Luoyang

Perfect location, just 2-3 minutes walking distance to metro station. Room is okay, the internet connection is fine. Shower and toilet are okay too. No wardrobe, only 3-4 open clothes-hanger, which might be difficult. And just at the entrence of Luoyi Ancient City. Walls are super thin. People in China mostly wake up quite early and they are very loud-voiced… The breakfast is a bit poor, but okay. They do not have fork and knife for foreign visitors. You should being yours if you are not good with sticks. They should have a few ones. No English speaking personal at the reception, but they handle.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Clean, good service and friendly staff. Good breakfast. On arrival a plate of fruit and pastries on day of checkout. 20 minutes walk to the Ming and Tang scenic area. 5 minutes walk to bus and metro station that links to all scenic routes. Highly recommended for all travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

挺好，房間佈置優雅且舒適，設施一應俱全，床品柔軟整潔，讓我一夜好眠。工作人員服務熱情周到，從辦理入住時的耐心細緻，到入住期間的貼心關懷，都讓我倍感温馨。 酒店餐廳的美食豐富多樣，味道極佳。位置也十分優越，周邊交通便利，臨近諸多景點與商業中心。 強烈推薦這家酒店，無論是商務出行還是休閑旅遊，它都能提供卓越的住宿體驗。

這次出遊非常滿意 ，我們住的是窯洞榻榻米 床非常大 ，一家四口入住完全沒有問題 ，辦理完入住有觀光車送 ，房間送的有水果和紅酒 ，用早餐的時候也有車接送 ，早餐也非常豐盛 ，停車場比較大 都是免費停車 ，小孩子玩的都不想走了 ，非常推薦帶孩子的家人們來泡温泉 ，下次還會來的 ………………

酒店是當地四星級的 ，是一家當地的老酒店 ，整體不錯 ，服務人員很熱情 。因為是過年訂房間的時候想要的房型訂滿了沒辦法連定 ，前台辦入住時給免費升級了房間 ，家人和孩子都很滿意房間。早餐品種豐富 ，胡辣湯和豆腐湯很地道 。退房的當天趕上大寶過生日 ，酒店竟還給準備了生日禮物 ，連小寶也給送了生日禮物 ，這一點太周到了 ，避免了小寶的失落。

The rooms are nice and cozy. The position is convenient if you need to stay close to Longmen Railway Station or if you plan to go to Longmen Grottoes. Their breakfast is also savoury and delicious. The hotel offers tours to main nearby attractions, including the Shaolin Temple. If I were to go back to Luoyang, I would likely stay in this hotel again.

第一次在攜程上寫小作文，真的是因為這次住宿太滿意了。毫不誇張地説，我和男朋友一致同意：這是我們住過最舒服的住處（無論是民宿還是酒店）。 我們是新加坡人，比較怕冷，一開始到洛陽訂了另個民宿，結果民宿裏的空調不夠暖，我們又感冒了，特別不舒服。後來看點評説這個民宿暖氣很足、設備齊全，才選擇過來看看。老闆那時親自帶我們看了一圈房間，一看到房間的佈置，加上老闆的爽朗熱情，和非常合理的價格，我們就當場訂了這邊的房間，退了之前的民宿。 住進來以後一點也不後悔。雖然之前的民宿更靠近十字街，周圍更熱鬧，但這個民宿真的各方面細節做得太好了。 1）床特別大，枕頭床單等等特別舒服。整個房間很寬敞，燈光效果特別好，和高級酒店有的一拼。 2）超大投影屏幕，晚上看電影特別爽。 3）衞生間又大又整潔。而且水壓很強，冬天洗澡特別舒服。 4）服務態度特別好，老闆知道我們怕冷，直接加了一個暖氣機，房間特別暖，後來我們都嫌熱，有時不開了😂 5）早餐很好吃。現磨豆漿、餅、小米粥、茶葉蛋、蔬菜水果等樣樣齊全。簡單營養又好吃。我們本來不愛早起但是為了早餐也硬是每天踩點8點半去吃了。 6）民俗的貓咪太太太可愛了！真的每天看到貓咪到幸福感滿滿。我們還抱了一衹進房間擼（經過同意後）。 7）雖然民宿位置看似不在景點附近，但其實總體位置還是不錯的，打車去白馬寺、龍門石窟等景點還是方便的。周圍老闆推薦的餐廳也很好吃。 總體而言非常感謝老闆當初給我們好好介紹了一番，讓我們在洛陽的住宿體驗特別好。感恩☺️ （忘了拍房間的照片，附上貓咪的照片吧）
