Neelkanth Sarovar Premiere

The Neelkanth Sarovar hotel meets my expectations at all times. Staff are friendly, helpful and wiiling to go the extra mile. The accommodation is world class. The food never disappoints. I highly recommend the hotel for any traveller looking to stay in Lusaka.

Neelkanth Sarovar in Lusaka goes the extra mile for guests - roomy, comfortable, nicely finished suites with all the trimmings (including a note to just call down if you would like fresh milk with your tea). Turn down in the evenings comes with a little sweet dessert. Breakfast is accompanied by complimentary coffees of all types. The hotel staff are welcoming, helpful and lovely.

Amazing hotel and facilities. All the rooms are actually suites, with sitting and kitchen areas, plus a bedroom. Perfect as I was there for work and had colleagues in my room. The food was excellent at both Smokehouse and for the included buffet breakfast. The staff was amazing - attentive, proactive, professional. They were willing to tailor meals to individual needs (i.e., food allergies) and tastes (i.e., more/less spicy, provide a take-away cup for morning cappucino's). The spa / health club facilities were lovely - clean, secure, private.

Great experience and will recommend anyone else to visit. The food was great as well. The room was very clean with the extra drinks for one's enjoyment. The TV was also great experience. The electricity challenge in Lusaka was not felt at the hotel given the backup system available.

My stay was the most pleasant. Spacious and clean rooms. Variety of pillows to choose from. Pro-women. A lot of extras (free massage, cup cakes in the evening, gym access, sanitary products). Proximity to Mandahill Mall. The food was good. The bed was comfortable.

The Hotel Staff are very friendly, and the rooms are well-maintained. The hotel makes you feel valued after a day of ups and downs. I highly recommend visiting the hotel for business or during someone's vacation; you will not regret the experience.

I've been traveling from the US to Zambia for eight years now and Sarovar is by far the best hotel in Zambia, or the greater SE region. Rooms, service, food are all amazing! It has consistently been the best hotel experience every time I've gone!

The complimentary massage on arrival was the most thoughtful gift after an all day trip. They have the most friendliest staff frim the door all the way. The most comfortable bed it felt like sleeping on a cloud. Love evening complimentary desserts.

From the quality of the amenities to the friendliness and helpfulness of the service, I found everything superb. The fridge is well stocked at a very reasonable price, free expresso coffee in room, two TVs, a small dining room that can serve as a meeting room, a washer and dryer, a truly comfortable bedding and a modern bathroom make life easier and more pleasant. Great breakfast and buffets, pleasant near the pool restaurant al fresco and bar and above all friendly staff happy to help you whenever you need. A nice place to relax and disconnect after long working days.
