J'ai passé un agréable séjour à Bivius hotel. Endroit idéal pour un passage au Luxembourg, A la réception, M. Ousman est très à l'écoute, serviable et professionnel. un arrêt de bus à moins de 100m de l'établissement, on peut laisser sa voiture au parking de l'hotel et rejoindre le centre de Luxembourg pour travailler tranquillement. J'y étais pour la première fois et je reviendrais à la rentrée :-)

We were touring by car and didn’t want to take it into the city, where parking is scarce and expensive. This very modern hotel is located on the main road into the city centre from the west. It is between two close-by bus stops with frequent buses into the city centre that are all FREE! There were several restaurants and a small supermarket within easy walking distance. The room had metal blinds to keep out the light and air conditioning, which was just as well as opening the windows would have let a lot of noise in from the main road. The room was very clean with a nice modern bathroom and would have been even better had it had tea/coffee making facilities and perhaps a small fridge (or an ice machine in the lobby). The door to the bathroom was weird, being just a sliding door with absolutely no privacy because it didn’t block any noise! Also, the inside of the door didn’t have a handle. Breakfast, included in the price, was really very good, with excellent coffee, juice, cereals, fresh fruit salad, yogurt, cheese and cold meat, boiled eggs, bread, pastries and preserves.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel for business. I got to the hotel from the airport on bus 29 and arrived around noon. Was hoping to check-in early but was advised the check-in time was later, although I can check-in earlier if I registered to be an Accor member - which I ended up doing although didn't really want to. The hotel is located in a quiet/more commercial part of town within 10 minutes walking distance to the train station and a short bus ride (5+ minutes walk to the bus station) to the touristy part of town. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a bigger room, a bath tub and a pool but the room otherwise had all the usual toiletries and coffee/tea making facilities. Buffet breakfast was excellent with freshly squeezed orange juice although it was only on the 2nd morning that I realised that the cold cuts were on a table at the back of the restaurant. Although breakfast officially starts at 6am, food was still being taken out from the kitchen at 6:20am. Reception was helpful with directions but after I checked out, I got a SMS from my bank notifying me that I had a Euro 1 charge on my card by the hotel - not sure if it was because I requested a printed copy of the invoice at check out because if that was what the Euro 1 was for, then reception should have informed me beforehand? At approximately Euro 200 a night, not value for money in my opinion.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely room. Bar and amenities were incredible. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tram stop is a 2 min walk away and it only takes 10 mins to get to the centre of Luxembourg. Some local pubs and shops too.

Was able to do an early check-in and the hotel looks exactly the same in the picture. Staff were really friendly. Staff even booked taxi for us at dawn for our early flight. Hotel and room looks super nice! Have a vid of the room but can’t seem to upload it. Overall really satisfied!!

This hotel was chosen due to it's location near to the centre and the station where we would be travelling in from Hamburg. The price was also excellent which included a full buffet every morning. Check-In, We didn't arrive until 19:30 due to late and cancelled DB trains on our way down from Hamburg! It was the fastest check-in we have ever had and we were given our key which also worked the front door of the hotel. Room, 305 was our room for three nights. This was a great sized room with a mini bar and everything you need for a stay including a super-comfy bed. The separate bathroom had a small walk-in shower which on the odd occasion the water flow was a bit 'hit & miss' so to speak!! No big dramas though!! Food, The food at this hotel is excellent! La Locanda is the hotels restaurant where you have your breakfast. There was a good choice of hot and cold buffet items to set you up for the day and you could eat what you wanted. We did have two evening meals here as well which were fantastic to say the least! My 'Calzone' pizza was absolutely sublime to say the least and the portion size's were huge!! Go with an empty stomach!! Overall, A well located hotel for Luxembourg City! The price is right for this beautiful city and country. There are plenty of buses into town right outside the hotel which the 29 takes you right outside the train station. Make use of the public transport, as at this moment in time it is free to use in the whole country.

Excellent excellent stay! We were a family of 4 who stayed in 2 queen rooms at the 18th floor for 2 nights, and let me say I only have great things to say about this hotel. First, the location was no problem for us as public transport is free and the bus dropped us about 3-4 mins walk from the hotel; it is about 30 mins to the main city but the bus is regular and we didn't have any problems.
Second, the rooms were really big and clean. The toilets even better and they had a bathtub which is rare. The front desk staff was so nice; I didn't catch their name but we were offered cookies as soon as we checked in at the reception and they were always so kind and helpful. The swimming pool was open and we went in the evening to try out the pool and there were only 2 other people and it was nice to have a quick dip in the pool (we did get lost trying to find it but you just need to go through the gym to the bathroom to access the swimming area!)
Next, the breakfast was delicious especially the eggs yum and wide variety of food/drinks. We are doing a Europe trip and by far, this has been the best hotel we have stayed in our whole lives! Highly recommend everyone to book with this hotel if you are having doubts.

Location was great. Next to the airport. Staff at the breakfast place wasn’t friendly. I waited to be served and he went straight in the kitchen without acknowledging me. So I didn’t bother to buy the 17 euros breakfast that morning. Other staff at the desk and at the vending place were very nice. Also room were very hot. Ac wasn’t working.

Quelle déception, le personnel qui avant était si sympathique est aujourd’hui des plus désagréable mis à part la réception. Nous avons pris des cafés au bar lounges vers 16h, lorsque nous sommes venus pour l’apéritif à 19h, les tasses n’avaient toujours pas été débarrassées, ceci malgré le fait qu’entre 17h et 19h il n’y avait vraiment pas grand monde à servir. Au restaurant, le serveur est d’une condescendance hors norme, moqueur et peu agréable. Le dîner était bon, mis à part une entrée immangeable, un pâté suri qui a mon avis avait passé la date de péremption depuis un moment… Quel tristesse de ne pas avoir une carte des vins luxembourgeois (comme c’était le cas avant) et de mettre en avant plus de produits du terroir. Le petit déjeuner a perdu en qualité, le saumon fumé épais et plein de peau et de gras, les œufs brouillés sous vide infectes, les pancakes, du carton. Sans parler du personnel, la aussi agressif et ne sachant pas se tenir, une jeune fille adossée au mur attend en regardant les clients avec mépris. Cet hôtel n’est vraiment plus ce qu’il était, la gestion à la française, lui a ôté toute son âme, c’est vraiment dommage. Le service y est moins bon que dans un ibis budget, quel gâchis. Il est temps de mettre un manager digne de de nom qui sera sur tous les fronts ( présent et investi), capable de veiller au bien-être de son personnel. Peut-être que les employés auront alors le sourire et l’envie de travailler…

PPengguna TetamuThe location is very convenient near the main train station, plus close to bus and tram stops. There is a lot of construction on the road outside the hotel, but it was not a problem. Our room was a good size, not huge, but good open closet/storage space. The bed was comfortable with really good pillows! The bathroom had a really big shower, small sink, but overall nice. Plenty of outlets/plugs, good mirrors, a long desk. We didn't do the breakfast, so can't speak to that. Nor did we go to the rooftop bar. While the lobby/reception area is small it's welcoming and new, just like the rooms. Everything was clean and new and modern. The staff was super helpful and nice. We would happily stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuThe Central City - Luxury ApartHotel (CCLA) was AWESOME! Our apartment was very large, clean, and modern. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils needed to prepare meals. The bathroom was fantastic and complete with a large walk-in shower. The property location was PERFECT - right in the heart of the city close to ALL the major attractions. Our apartment overlooked a very lovely garden behind the building. Although we were in the city, it felt as though we were in the suburbs. I have saved the best for last. My wife and I travel the entire world on a full-time basis. Wherever we are at the time is our ”home”. Because of this, the quality of the apartment staff (or hotels on the rare occasion we are in a hotel) is paramount to us. We had one of the best experiences with the property manager at CCLA Luxembourg that we have had anywhere in the world. I am referring to Jerome who was the property manager during our time at CCLA. He was wonderful to communicate with prior to our arrival and during our stay. He was very kind, and wanted to ensure our apartment was comfortable and that we would enjoy our stay. He was an EXCELLENT representative of the CCLA Luxembourg and we enjoyed chatting with him each day during our stay at CCLA!

PPengguna TetamuJust completed a 3 day stay while in Lux on business. For me the hotel is in a great location - just 10 minutes from the Centre via the free buses. The stop is literally outside the hotel front door. The hotel was immaculately clean. My room was a really good size with everything you could need. Wifi connection was excellent. Final word is for the lovely people who work here - thank you! You could have not been more helpful or cheerful which is really appreciated. As a regular visitor to Lux and having stayed in many different hotels, this will be my choice of hotel going forward now!

Seri kelabu ini membuatkan kami berasa sangat santai. Ada juga kenangan zaman kanak-kanak. Gaya paling klasik Playstation 1 dan pembesar suara Marshall boleh menyanyi di sisi katil. Meja penyambut tetamu hotel sangat mesra

PPengguna TetamuCet hôtel ne vaut pas le standing ibis styles. Il vaut à peine un ibis budget, et encore pour en avoir fait, il y a des ibis budget largement au-dessus de celui-ci. On a payé 80€ la nuit sans le petit déjeuner (tarif preferentie carte accor) (13,50€/pers en plus). La chambre (au 5eme): Très petite, avec une lucarne en guise de fenêtre, à plus de 1m70 de hauteur. Très peu de place, le lit est collé au mur, les coussins inconfortables ainsi que le matelas. Peu de place pour mettre une valise. Il fait très chaud et lourd dans la chambre, notre séjour était au 1er avril avec 10°C au plus fort de la journée et de la pluie tout le jour. Une chaleur donc inexpliquée. Impossible de mettre la climatisation qui fait trop de bruit et qui fonctionne à peine. Pas de frigo, pas de coffre, pas de bouteille d'eau habituelle pour le standing ibis styles. Heureusement, il y avait 2 verres, pour quoi faire ... on ne sait pas. La salle de bains : On peut se poser sur les toilettes en même temps qu'on se brosse les dents. Point positif : la douche assez spacieuse L humidité qui en ressort reste au plafond, qui par ailleurs, malgré le rafraîchissement récent de la peinture, commence à faire des cloques et abîmer tout le plafond. Absence de VMC dans la salle de bains, ce qui amène l'humidité dans la chambre et augmente ainsi la chaleur lourde et malsaine. Cette humidité reste la nuit entière. Petit déjeuner : Petit déjeuner à 13,50€ par personne... Quelle honte !! Jus d orange industrielle, mini vienoisseries industrielles quand il y en a encore. Les fruits moisis, du fromage et jambon bas de gamme pour ceux qui aiment le salé. A ce prix là, je fais le même petit déjeuner pour 4 personnes avec des produits de meilleurs qualités. Parking : Attention, ils indiquent qu'ils ont un parking à disposition. Quand on les appelle, ils nous indiquent de ne pas prendre leur parking, à 18€ les 24h, car assez difficile à manœuvrer. Il est préférable, selon leurs recommandations, de prendre le parking plaza juste à côté de l hôtel pour 3 -4€ de plus Parking plaza très propre et facile d'accès et de circulation mais à 40€ les 24h. On est loin des 3 - 4€ de plus. A ce prix là, j aurais préféré manœuvrer... Personnel : Un acceuil froid, distant et limite agressif, et le même comportement par la personne en charge du petit déjeuner. Le personnel est habillé en jogging, basket, sweat et tenue inadaptée pour un hôtel, et encore moins, pour un hôtel de ce standing. L'agent d'entretien est très polie et fait ce qu'elle peut avec le peu de moyen qu'elle a. On se demande d'ailleurs où va notre argent Hygiène et environnement : La propreté en chambre et en partie commune laisse à désirer. L ascenseur sent la vieille moquette, du rez de chaussée au 5eme étage, c'est long, très long avec cette odeur. Malgré les travaux annoncés, on remarque tout de même, le manque de volonté de l'équipe tant au niveau décoration qui n'a aucun sens et thème dans l'ensemble de l hôtel. Manque de goût, hôtel

My room was big enough and designed nicely. Very big window, a lot of daylight in my room. Very comfortable bed. Super nicely designed bathroom. Big modern all-glass sided shower stall. Very high quality bathroom amenities. New strong hairdryer. Super fast Wi-Fi. «-» A little unfriendly front desk staff. I did not get a sweet attitude from anybody from the front desk. Small TV. Electric plug situation in my room could be better.
