The hotel has big rooms and friendly staff; we got free upgrades. The breakfast is very good.

I enjoyed the stay. good location with free bus transfer to city center. Hotel is quite old but very well maintained.

Dated inside and out. Gym consists of two old cardio machines in limited space. No complimentary water for guests making it difficult to refill water with only three lifts servicing hundreds of guests. We literally waited more than 15min. Worst still, key card malfunctions all the time. We politely tell them so but front desk impatiently told us not to store cards with coins or phones which may demagnetize them. Obviously we understood this but front desk still made us go up 15th floor and down to lobby 3x with full lines of guests checking in. This ordeal took more than 30min and they are neither apologetic or sympathetic! An unwelcoming hotel...

Excellent property located at elevation overlooking the valley is pleasant place to relax and rejuvenate. The staff are very cooperative and helpful.

Staff couldn’t find booking and use the same credit card charge at hotel again. Try to contact Hilton but nothing better. However, after contacts to Trip support, they solved our problem and get back updated very quick.

Excellent excellent stay! We were a family of 4 who stayed in 2 queen rooms at the 18th floor for 2 nights, and let me say I only have great things to say about this hotel. First, the location was no problem for us as public transport is free and the bus dropped us about 3-4 mins walk from the hotel; it is about 30 mins to the main city but the bus is regular and we didn't have any problems. Second, the rooms were really big and clean. The toilets even better and they had a bathtub which is rare. The front desk staff was so nice; I didn't catch their name but we were offered cookies as soon as we checked in at the reception and they were always so kind and helpful. The swimming pool was open and we went in the evening to try out the pool and there were only 2 other people and it was nice to have a quick dip in the pool (we did get lost trying to find it but you just need to go through the gym to the bathroom to access the swimming area!) Next, the breakfast was delicious especially the eggs yum and wide variety of food/drinks. We are doing a Europe trip and by far, this has been the best hotel we have stayed in our whole lives! Highly recommend everyone to book with this hotel if you are having doubts.

Booked a superior queen with supposedly a queen bed, instead got a twin bed…

Neat and clean property. Good location as the bus stop is right outside the property.
