Location is great for city shopping. Restaurant is nice and food quality is high. Stayed in a very small room without lake view. People at next building were doing gym and able to look clearly the room without too much privacy. Very noise on traffic due to proximity to the main road if you open windows for fresh air. The bathtub plug is too old and hurt my finger with loose metal chips come off. Recommend to stay only for lake view room during non-peak season. Otherwise, not very cost efficient except you get a big pocket.

Very beautiful hotel with the most wonderful view of the Lake Lucerne. Paid to get upgraded to a junior suite in the hotel and did not regret at all. The view was stunning, also the hotel provides a pair of binoculars which can be used to view the mountains too!

Very nice hotel, but preordered room breakfast came late, and they didn’t tell us the fee for the parking, which was expensive of course.

酒店本身就是歷史建築，在當地也很有名，進到酒店每一個細節角落都充滿歷史沉澱的優雅。房間本身不大，但一應俱全，準備的welcome gift也很暖心，而且mini bar 第一輪還是全free的。另外好評是自帶多國轉換插頭，不需要另外再用轉換插且居然還有電熱水壺！服務更加好得沒得説，工作人員真的很nice！酒店的位置非常好，從火車站步行不到8分鐘，然後就在盧塞恩湖旁邊，去每一個景點都超級方便！早餐就在網紅餐廳Juliette，分自助區（一些水果/麪包/冷食）和單點的熱食，很推薦 Eggwhite omettle（可以外加配菜，我選了三文魚+n種蔬菜）, 是最近吃過最好吃的一家！總結：很推薦的一家性價比五星級酒店
