"By far, my favorite hostel that I stayed in during my 5 weeks traveling through Europe. Even though there were a lot of people in the room, it was still very quiet, clean, and I hardly ran into anyone. The capsule feel was amazing and I felt safe. The bathrooms were clean, good locker storage space in the hallway and storage space in the room (unsecure). Would stay there again if I'm ever back in Lucerne"

"The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk from Lucerne train station, making it ideal for a stopover. Breakfast was adequate. Rooms are generally on the smaller side. Overall, Ibis remains a solid choice, offering cleanliness and consistent service. There's a kebab shop nearby; I highly recommend their meat sandwich – it's excellent value for money!"

"We arrived to the hotel at 12, but all locker are fully occupied (i remember only around 10 lockers) and I have to carried the luggage and wait for check in nearby the river (lucky not too far) and there is no air-con in the room but hotel do provide a fan for us but still too hot to sleep with. But the location is very good and hotel provide a free transportation ticket (never used cause we walked)"

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to the train station. It's less than a 5-minute walk; just turn left after exiting the station and cross the road. Upon checking in and arriving at my room, I was surprised to find the door wide open, the windows also wide open, and a trash can sitting on a chair. I went back to the front desk to inquire if the room was still being cleaned. I was told it had already been cleaned, and I was instructed to simply move the trash can myself. Having stayed in numerous hotels both domestically and internationally, this was a first for me. The hotel appears to be newly renovated and is very clean. However, the amenities are quite basic; there's no mini-fridge or electric kettle. Furthermore, the curtains are just a sheer layer, with no blackout option, which definitely affected my sleep."

"1. The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a 2-minute walk from the train station: turn left, then left again, and cross the road. 2. The hotel breakfast is fantastic, which is rare for Europe. Everyone takes a banana on their way out after breakfast, it's pretty much a given, and no one bats an eye. 😂 3. The room is spacious enough for two people. We were a family of three, and they added an extra small bed for us. 4. The hotel facilities, decor, and service attitude are all very good. 5. Check-out is at 11 AM. Aside from being a bit pricey, everything else was perfect. We stayed during the October holiday, 3 people, including breakfast, at 4500 per night. Breakfast is definitely a must-have, as eating out could be even more expensive. Food, trains, and accommodation are all expensive in Switzerland."

"After booking the room, you can enter through the adjacent cafe. You check in yourself using the machine at the entrance, and then activate your room key card (pick it up from the small blue box nearby). The room is on the top floor. It's small but very clean and tidy. There's a large bed, suitable for two people. The bathroom is quite small, only fitting one person at a time. Downstairs, there's a cafe where you can have breakfast. It's suitable for tourists."
