位置在城市邊緣，打車到水井溝40元左右，周圍公交車七點下班，但是離藍田高速口很近。有地下車庫但沒有可以直接上樓的電梯，需要到店麪后再換乘電梯。房間入住後有很大的霉味，據房東說是因為連續下了一周雨，拖鞋冰箱都有霉斑。房間樓上樓下各有兩間，衛生間樓上樓下都有但衛生很差也有異味。房東很熱情，推薦了當地好吃的火鍋！
