I was very impressed with the quality of this hotel. The furnishings, bedding, room amenities, the bathroom, even speciality tea choices in the lobby, which you can take to your room and water bottles also to take away. The staff went above and beyond as well. A great place to stay when I’m next in Lyon!

Great location , a short walk from perrache station . Cute little room and friendly front desk staff :) . Only shortfall is a missing kettle to boil water for my instant noodle , kettle is a necessity for Asians 😅. Overall , had an enjoyable one night stay :).

De passage pour une seule nuit , le staff était au top , très accueillant et serviable .
Petit déjeuner très copieux avec beaucoup de choix .
Arrêt de tram juste à la sortie de l’hôtel , ainsi que pas mal de restaurants.
A quelques pas de la gare Perrache .
Pour la chambre , c’était vraiment trop petit et bien trop cher.
La SDB minuscule mais tout de même fonctionnelle .
La tv est cachée par une armoire . La clim ne fonctionnait pas . L’ascenseur est situé derrière le lit .
Tout était parfait sauf la chambre au final , ce qui est tout de même le plus important .

地理位置就較靜 喜歡安靜可選擇（從火車站走了30分鐘🥲）

We stayed two nights in a superior room. The hotel is located right next to the railway station. The hotel itself is very new. The room is very spacious and clean. The furniture especially the chairs are very comfortable and of high quality.
Staff members at the counter are very helpful , provide city map to assist us in navigating the city.
I am extremely impressed with the bathroom accessories in which they provide international brand - Clarins.
Would definitely recommend it to anyone

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at a double room in the Sofitel in Lyon for a total of 3 nights in the summer of 2023.
The hotel is located just a few streets from the Place Bellecour which is one of the main squares in Lyon. It is also about 5 minutes away from many cafes, bistros and a large supermarket (Monop’) near Place Bellecour.
The room itself was a fairly standard double room (approximately 20 square metres). The interior and furnishings of the hotel look a bit dated but they were fine and did not matter in any material way. The minibar is complimentary and it is restocked daily with bottled water (still and sparkling), fruit juice, coca cola, and dried fruits and nuts.
The bed was nice and comfortable and the pillows were firm. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning was not very consistent and it would turn off in the middle of the night. It is not an issue if you are staying here in the winter but it made it difficult to sleep at night in the summer.
The staff were all very nice and pleasant. The concierge was especially friendly and he helped us to store our bags and arrange for a taxi to the train station on our last day.
We paid approximately EUR250 a night and we thought it was worth the price.

PPengguna TetamuI rarely leave negative reviews, but this booking was very disappointing and quite uncomfortable. Although the location was good and the room was clean, we did not look forward to returning to the hotel each night and I would not consider staying here again. The room felt dark and claustrophobic and did not even have drawers big enough to put clothes in. For those wanting to work at the little desk, the chair and limited electricity outlets would have made it very difficult. Although we chose not to have the breakfast, the patio seemed nice. The lobby barely had space to stand in. Although I have learned that the French star system is quite basic, note that in many parts of the world, this would never be considered a four star hotel.

EEdem NJ'ai passé une nuit reposante ds cette résidence hôtelière après une bonne journée de voyage et de travail. La literie est top, la chambre très propre et spacieuse avec les équipements nécessaires, bureau, wifi. La chambre dispose également d'un balcon. On peut en profiter qd il fait beau.
Il y a des restaurants a proximité.
La rue peut être bruyante avec les fenêtres ouvertes. Mais avec le double vitrage et la clim, ce désagrément se règle facilement.

MMarcia GattoAmazing view, but a bit of a trek if you walk up the hill on foot. The beds are super comfy, larger, and wider than usual. Had a very good nap after a long trip and before tackling the city by night and on foot: lively and safe. Toitels and shower rooms may benefit from a bit of TLC :)

AAudrey Claire GenevieveThe experience is not bad but not what I would expect from a 4 stars hotel. People working in the hotel are very nice, which is a big +. However, the cleanliness is so so in the room. There was a night I didn’t have hot water for shower for some reason. The breakfast is okay but I believe 17€ is a bit overpriced for what it is. Very nice service from the ladies there though. The gym isn’t a gym, it has no dumbbells, only one or two cardio machine and a musculation machine supposed to do everything but not very great. I would still recommend it, just don’t expect a 4 stars hotel as you would imagine it.

WWangkanbeizhucele最好的一點是帶免費停車位，在市區實屬難得，但是停車位是先到先得的，如果傍晚到基本就沒戲了，而且建議停下車就不要動車了，市區開車也不方便。
房間很小，設計也不太合理，7天水準，走廊竟然還配一個洗碗池，還不如把空間用在床附近的區域呢。
服務減分是因為前台總是沒人，我來回兩次想退房，都找不到人，實在不想耗時間就把鑰匙放在前台了。
位置方便，旁邊就是那個文藝小街區，其實就是水泥森林的感覺，在一個像是廢棄其實還有人住的大廈和天井，有很多塗鴉，站在停車場可以看河對岸。
