Ulasan Kaani Grand Seaview

Maldives win my heart because of the memorable moment that Kaani give to us. 1st staff : Suman was the 1st person i contact thru whatsapp. She very considerate and help me with the check in. Checkin were very smooth that day. 2nd staff : We had our warm welcome by Tiger at the jetty and he brought us to the hotel. He is very friendly and cheerfull and helps us alot with the activity that we can do during our stay. We choose kaani tour for our shark tour ( of course with a very good price). 3rd staff : Dipya, she was handling F&B, very lovely and soft person. Our breakfast/ dinner time was enjoyable with her around. Very clean hotel. Nice food . Will come again. Thank you 🤍

Best location according to all needs..all in access..beach front ..all amenities near..all activities in approach...

I was so disappointed when they gave me the room with next building view, the receptionist should allocate seaview room to tourists.

Great room, but the front desk overcharged me and i forgot to ask to return. i should have paid USD 3 X 4 X 2 nights = USD 24 but i was charged at USD 48. i was busy handling my overstimulated child so didnt count properly as well.... anyway the room is great, the price is great, the food not so much. just so so. i forgot one of the waitress' name from Indonesia, she served us very very well. customer satifaction achieved by the waitress. no swimming pool. have to go to kaani beach then can go but only if you are about to check out... anyway, the price is worth the room and the meal.

It’s a great place to stay. The hotel arranged day trips the experience was amazing.

In front of the beach , breakfast is great . The staff are so helpful and a convenience store right inside the lobby easy for us to get after sun lotion .

Very nice view and room is clean. We booked last minute and price is acceptable.

The location is very good. Near Bikini Beach. I don't like how they treat their guests. They like to make us wait. There is no good service, when you arrive at the hotel, they will ask you to do some excursions instead of giving the keys and letting the guests sleep.The front desk is not friendly at all doesn't like to smile and greet. Change them all! Only Tiger is great. The breakfast staff is very friendly, but the food is dirty and full of flies.🤮 The room is very clean. Because of the strong wind, I lost a bikini top. When we checked out, we called them 4 times, but no one helped us with our luggage. Not recommended hotel!

The location of the hotel is very good (if sea facing rooms are booked). Staff is very rude especially (Lamiya) She will make you fill as she is paying for your stay and you are not welcomed. My suggestion would be to book any other hotel but not Kaani. Also please be prepared to carry your luggage from ferry point to your room yourself as Kaani hotel staff will not carry it for you. They do not have any amenities though we had an option to use Kaani Palm's amenities by giving hefty charges like for example swimming pool and shower charges were 10 USD. No Room Service as well.

Have to compliment Tiger, their ops manager who goes beyond his job to make me and my family comfy and having to settle certain stuffs at odd hours. The hotel room was clean and very spacious. Hotel location is great, just beside the beach. The restaurant caters Indian cuisine.
