I would say this place has the most strategic location in hangzhou, because it is located in the midst of EFC building area. Across the apartment, there is a gym station, and you only need to walk for 2 mins to go to the mall beside the apartment. Certainly will come back again 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Very cozy apartment, some wallpaper/skirting/shower seals could do with a refurb, but the amenities etc provided in the serviced apartment was fantastic. Daily cleaning too. Not much English available. Location in new business district with heavy traffic so transport to and fro the city centre can be time consuming. Connected to a shopping mall with plenty of restaurants and small stores, multiple gyms nearby too. Very pleased

This is the second time to stay at EFC Oakmade. For me, the location is perfect as it is attached to a shopping mall and easy to get around. The staffs respond to my texts instantly through wechat and had a lovely time at Oakmade.
