Worst hotel in Maastricht. We asked for a superior deluxe room. We got two single beds put together that sunk, they were so old. The wall paper ripped. Water in the gutter outside the window, leaking to the interior walls, all brown and mouldy. Lights not working. Heater not working. Smoke alarm not working. Air con so yellow, from smoke or age, from 70s? No glasses, No fridge. Brochures that were left in stand had already been folded from someone else’s pocket. Hair dryer from dinosaur ages. Doors slam. Noisy as hell and whole place stinks of smoke. Stay away

Lovely old hotel with character, in a good location close to old town. Large room, with comfortable bed & large bathroom.
Great breakfast with lots of choice. Friendly reception.

The staff was awesome, breakfast was top knocked!! Our room was noisy facing the river, even with the windowsclosed. If you book a room ask for a courtyard view. No lift and we were on the top floor. Alot of European hotel are like that. Ask for a lower floor as the steps are very steep.

We had room 521 with a wonderful riverview and elevator access. Afternoon complimentary refreshments in the dining room were much appreciated. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We highy recommend this hotel.

This was the first time that we had visited this hotel and we were not disappointed. On arrival at the Reception we were treated lime members of the family. Nothing was too much trouble for the Manger and his team of amazing staff. They all went out of their way to ensure that we had a greet three night stay. The breakfasts were really substantial and set us up for the day. The Drink and Cake in the afternoon was a nice little touch. Overall it was a great experience. Congratulations to all concerned. I would certainly recommend this lovely hotel

From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was superb comfortable clean and Devore was splendid. The breakfast the next morning was first class as were the waiting staff. I can’t praise the staff and property enough and we will not hesitate to stay there again when we visit Maastricht again.
