Location - This place is not that far from the Metro. Madali din lang syang mahanap through waze. Rooms - Rooms are exquisite. May bath tub for family rooms. Sobrang ganda ng ambience. Medyo mahal nga lang yung mga rooms and di pa kasama ang breakfast. Kumpleto toiletries when you go here. So no need to worry for your towels, shampoo and soap. Vibe - If you are looking for a place with a touch of Santorini, then this place is for you. konte lang tao when we visited so it doesnt feel crowed. For me, the vibe feels luxurious and not cheap. Activities - Free kayak and snorkling, so we availed those. Ang bait pa ng nag assist samen na si Kuya Janjan. Then he offered island hopping and snorkling ulit. Sulit naman. just ask kung magkano, standard naman yung rates. Mas mahal pag fri-sun. We visited an island with white sand beach. pang puno sa mga pics namin. Service - When we arrived, ramdam na agad namin ang warmth ng mga tao. halos lahat binabati kame from front desk at sa mga nag assist samin going to our room. Sa Greeka restaurant, ang babait din ng mga staff. 2nd day namin and alam nila na kakain kame meron na naka save na table for us. sina Rommel, Kevin and Joel ang nag assist samen. we reuqested for additional sabaw ng sinigang, and di sila nagdalawang isip na bigyan kame. may complimentary pa kame na leche flan from sir roger! tapos sa swimming area, again si kuya janjan ang masugid na bantay. sya din sumama samen sa island hopping. makulit, makwento at binantayan naman kame. maayos din kumuha ng picture!!! All i can say is thank you sa lahat ng staff! they will really make your vacation memorable. Food - you only have 1 choice of resto here, Greeka. i should say masarap yung pinoy options nila especially yung pork sisig. so so yung pizza and pasta nila, kaya isang beses lang namin inorder. pwede kayo magdala ng light snacks pero wag lang alcoholic drinks. medyo mahal lang alcohol, so chill lang kme sa inuman. Safety - i feel safe here. Pagdating mo sa room, meron silang sanitizing kit. lahat ng staff naka face mask and readily available ang sanitizer. regular din yung fogging nila ng common areas. Overall, this is a place worth the try. malapit lang sa manila. a bit pricey pero worth it naman and hindi ganun kamahal compared sa other resorts sa batangas. lastly, ang babait ng staff so sulit ka sa bakasyon mo!

My dog and I were actually celebrating our birthday during the stay. We arrived around 8:30pm as we had some errands before going to the resort. As for the room, WOW! So happy it’s just 1st floor and has breathtaking seaview since I have senior mom with me. The location is actually a little bit far but it’s understandable since it’s a diving spot. I really love that it’s almost a secluded place. The beach is not crowded and it’s beside the 5-star resort, so called Vivere. The service is great, however, the reception is so hard to reach. Their mobile number is not working, I think? Plus the telephone in the room. ‘Cause everytime I dial, it doesn’t push through. Just a suggestion, since the front desk is not 24/7, atleast improve the communication service with the reception using other platform like social media or messaging app to address guests’ concern. Cleanliness, it’s good but I spotted some stains in the linens, particularly with the duvet cover and flat sheet. It was an old stain which I think laundry can no longer remove it. But it didn’t bother me at all, so long it’s not blood. For the amenities, highly recommended! You don’t have to look for anything else because they have it in the hotel. I just hope that the elevator soon will be available (one of the staff told us). Also, kudos to the one who assisted us when we arrived. I wasn’t able to get his name but maybe he’s from HK Dept. I appreciated how he’s happy to help us eventhough we have to go down 200+ steps and go up as well. I think he was also one of the staffs who carried our things when we checked-out. :) For the resto, food was awesome and the staffs are easy to approach :) Overall, I will recommend it and surely will comeback, not just for leisure but for diving (as I’m planning to push Scuba soon). There are many resorts in Mabini but unfortunately many have very steep stairs to deal with. Some have their restaurants or the pool located in an inconvenient location where we have hard time to walk up and down for the food. This small resort is perfectly designed in a way that we only need to walk few steps one time for check in/out. Beautiful pool, garden with sea view, very full breakfast. Food are tasty. Our children like it. All the quiet comfort for a good stay in Anilao!

I wish to commend the management of Philip Ann Resort headed by Donald (Property Manager) and his outstanding team/staff for making our 2 nights and 3 days a very memorable and truly relaxing experience. We had a Japanese guest with us and we requested a nice “seafood boodle fight” setup in the beachfront bamboo raft and Donald made sure that everything is perfectly organized. Afterwards, we had a great time snorkeling and kayaking the whole afternoon and later on enjoyed the stunning sunset. The hotel seemed old and not being cleaned up. There's a lot of spiderwebs and dust on the tables and chairs. The AC is not being cleaned as well and causes us to sneeze a lot. There was water interruption on the 2nd day and 3rd day. Though there was gallon of water available to be used but inconvenient to bring inside the room because it's heavy. And since I'm a dog lover, I was hurt to see that there was one dog that they're not taking care of. There was no food and water until we saw the container and decided to give some of what we have. He was just in the balcony. So sad.

適合各種人士，就是很奇葩第一次遇到，訂的房間實際是可以睡四個人的，但是他規定衹能兩個人，然後來了再多收兩個人的錢，可能是其他方面還可以 ，前面入住感覺就不是很好，這個策略體驗感不是很好。其他方面還可以，看日落可以，環境可以，對於帶小孩不是很友好。

Stayed 2 nights by myself for some much needed relaxation. Bentrina is a very quiet, private and exclusive resort. Large rooms, sparkling clean, fast Internet & friendly attentive staff. Has a good fresh water pool and I fitted in a couple of dives on house reef teaming with fish. Nice bar and outside area to relax under the mango trees and a good variety of tasty food from the resort cooks
