The hotel is new, clean and spacious. The surrounding is quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a laundry room with free self serve laundry. Breakfast is good. A very good value for money. And I would recommend other to stay in this hotel.

I like the stay. Rooms are big and comfortable. The staff of the hotel was helpful. Great view. But little bit far from the city center. In overall, I would recommend this hotel for stay

Love this place, it was clean modern, free tea/coffee all day long, staff were friendly and gave us an ideal room, rooms were spacious. Nothing bad to say, aside from not enough spaces in the car park in the later evening. Aside from that, I will be booking again in the future.

Disastrous first booking with trip.com! Travelled with my Daughter and her friend, arrived only to be told there was only a king size bed, room too small for the 3 of us. On booking, the search engine was defaulted to 2 adults, so this was amended accordingly. Thankfully there was a spare room.to accommodate at an additional cost of £30, oh and parking was £10! Not the budget stay I originally thought it to be. Please be careful. Accommodation top class, clean, fresh, beautiful with attention to detail.

My room was very clean and the hotel was great location. However, our king bed happened to be two twin beds placed together and one of beds was super old and uncomfortable.

My mum and I had a wonderful time staying here! We were given adjoining rooms and it was so lovely to be able to pop in and see each other, whilst also having our own lovely space to stay in! It was a great location, had more than we even thought we needed but it made the visit so comfortable and nice for us!

Customer Service was great and the atmosphere was just fantastic.

I forgot a piece of clothing in the hotel and when I went to look for it a day later it was gone.

The stay was very comfortable.

The 1 bedroom suite was fantastic - a small but comfy bedroom with a king sized bed, a little kitchenette and a sofa that turned into 1 double or 2 single sized mattresses on the floor. Only 1 set of (single) bedding had been provided for the sofa bed so we requested another which was brought up pretty quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful and the parking was a reasonable cost and easy (lots of spaces). The kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher, mini oven and a 2 ring hob.

not sure what i was expecting, self catering comfortable rooms, a help yourself type of place, just needed someone about guiding guests as to where stuff was at breakfast. I saw cheeses and biscuit's laid out in the evening were these for guests free?

Good quality accommodation with great rooms, layout and self service facilities. No waiting staff at breakfast - but everything is available for you to serve yourself (and keep the area tidy).

Had a good stay. At times the breakfast bar was not well replenished as appeared to be very short staffed. Room was not always serviced daily. Parking was not a problem although did fill up. Enjoyed the city of Cardiff.
