The service and friendliness of this hotel is amazing! Once you step into the hotel you feel at home. The staff are so welcoming and take care of all your needs. The cleanliness is good as well and food amazing. We had the Christmas lunch and it was lovely and well prepared. The location is great, away from the hustle and busy areas. A great place to come and relax and be amazed by the amazing services and staff! A very special thank you to the following staff members who made our holiday unforgettable! The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated, right beside Cheoc Van Beach in a quiet part of town. Our room was spacious and though the sea view was obstructed by trees, the sound of the waves and birds singing was relaxing enough. The restaurant fare is delicious and the service was excellent. There are beautiful trails within walking distance and a short bus ride away. Coloane Village is also nearby where Lord Stow's bakery offers the best Portuguese egg tarts in town.

The hotel is family friendly. I was with my 6-month-old baby and the hotel offered baby crib and stroller for us. We also got some baby bath items. We booed the Celebrity Tower but then the indoor swimming pool is for guests who stay in Star Tower only. We did not know about that. I did not know we can choose to stay in which tower, I only chose the room. We got to try the indoor pool at the end because the outdoor pool was closed due to maintenance. We visited in February, it’s still not very warm so we were happy we got to use the indoor pool.

More of a motel or inn so manage your expectations. Accommodation in Coloane village is limited so this was decent for a one night stay with no other nearby comparison. Simple setup with no bells and whistles. Heard about good experiences with the owner in the reviews but I never saw or got approached by them during my stay here. Granted I only stayed 1 night so it may have seemed impersonal. Lastly I want to commend the 2 Filipino staff for their good service, esp the guy in the evening time who helped me with my luggage during check in.

We had a great time staying at this hotel for birthday celebration, check in was quick and there was flexible arrangement which we appreciated. Would highly recommend this suite for family which is very spacious , kid-friendly with no sharp edges, with bathtub and shower . The hotel helped to arrange baby cot and birthday cake. There were restaurants like McDonald and pepper lunch, and a convenient store plus Brown and Cony cafe which was cute. for activities we went to indoor playground for kids to play for 2 hours. There were also ice machine and vending machines to buy snacks and drinks on our floor. Overall we had a great experience. The vibe was relaxing , staff were nice. At first we were worried about having to queue for taxi (based on online comments) but it turned out there were lots of taxi at our hotel and also at the hotel next to us. (Just 5 min walk , actually directly next to this hotel) would recommend this place for a quiet and relaxing staycation for family. Only thing that can improve would be breakfast, not much food options to choose from for a buffet-style breakfast (we chose the western style one).

The hotel is 8-min walk from Grand Lisboeta, not easy to locate though. There are three doors to enter to the hotel and there was no staff present at the line friends hotel- I had to check in on the other side. These special Line Friend-themed rooms are located only on 3/F, so don’t expect to enjoy views inside the room. The room design is cute with lots of Brown and things are clean. However, I requested a double bed but they could not arrange and gave me two twin beds at the end. I enjoyed the express checkout service.

Dengan hanya 300 - 400 Mop lagi, anda boleh menginap di The St. Regis atau hotel mewah lain (musim sepi) yang menawarkan nilai wang yang jauh lebih baik. Jangan terpedaya dengan ulasan Perjalanan—hotel ini tidak memenuhi penilaian lima bintang yang didakwanya.

環境：在氹仔，離澳門機場和橫琴口岸近。和巴黎人、威尼斯人酒店相隔一條馬路，從倫敦人2樓有空中走廊，可以走去巴黎人買東西。御園和倫敦人酒店在同一片建築羣裏，這裏的免税店比巴黎人的小。娛樂場的機器可以直接用港幣，其他方式要去櫃枱兑換。 設施：房間設施齊全，有智能馬桶，全身按摩椅。有一間按摩房間，可以另付費請人按摩。各個設施維護很好，乾淨，房間寬敞明亮，無異味。我們定的騎士套房，一間大床、房一間雙床、三個衞生間。水吧飲料全免費，還有三大抽屜的零食，歡迎點心，免費續。 服務：御園服務非常貼心。管家提前會聯繫，免費接送一次。管家小徐和禮賓小哥來倫敦人接我們，把行李都確認好，直接幫我們拿去御園。我們直接去客房，管家來客房幫我們辦理入住手續，這樣很方便。管家會詢問行程，安排車輛送我們去景點。長者沒帶保温杯，還贈送兩個保温杯給我們。管家24小時隨叫隨到。晚上回房間，管家還放好了洗澡水，超級省心。 餐飲：早餐在36樓，沒什麼人。下午茶在倫敦人3樓的華庭。早餐有自助台，龍蝦、鮑魚、蝦餃、水蟹粥這種要和服務人員點。食材很新鮮，味道規矩。體驗很好。倫敦人華庭的水蟹粥，我們吃着有點鹹。這裏正好入住還送了水果點心，管家看孩子愛吃，馬上把吃完的都補充上。全家人都不喝酒，所以晚上的雞尾酒會，沒有去。 我們住的騎士套房，一晚上3W。包含早餐、下午茶和雞尾酒。還有接送服務。軟硬件各方面都相當滿意。頭一次沒聽長者提出不滿。 這次澳門住過的幾家酒店，我自己的綜合感受排名是倫敦人御園 -倫敦人 -老葡京-永利皇宮-新葡京。

Visited the venetian and stayed for 3 nights. Hotel was beautiful and room was big. Downside was I was given a room on a floor that was going through upgrading works and the smell of fresh paint was overbearing and lingered in the air throughout my stay giving me a bad headache. Thankfully I was not staying for long. Other than that, room was clean and housekeeping made up room ans replenished amenities daily. ****** is just downstairs and there are many eateries and in room dining available. Unfortunately, food is very expensive and wasn't really tasty. There is shuttle service from the airport to the hotel for free.

We loved this place!!! My family arrived at the airport around 1:30 AM and found out that the hotel was right next to it! It was attached to the airport and didn’t need to take a taxi. After the flight, we could have sweet dreams right away. We loved the place. I would visit this hotel again when we travel to Macao later in the future. The price was wonderful as well! Highly recommended.
