The place was amazing. Cleanliness, amenities, and facilities are everything you'd expect of such luxurious hotel. The design is outstanding, even by the standard of Macau. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very well kept. Not to mention the restaurants are really good quality for reasonable price. This place had become our regular and will continue to be so.

Khidmat pelanggan melalui telefon di tanah besar sangat bersemangat dan cekap, secara proaktif memperkenalkan pelbagai kemudahan secara terperinci. Apa-apa masalah dapat diselaraskan dan dikomunikasikan dengan penuh keikhlasan. Bilik hotel sangat selesa, semua permintaan dipenuhi. Kek yang cantik diberikan untuk ulang tahun. Saya menaiki kereta kabel dua kali dan tidak perlu beratur, itu hebat. Sarapan pagi juga sangat mewah dan rasanya enak. Kemudian, hotel 5 bintang di Hong Kong dari Macau mempunyai perkhidmatan yang sangat teruk, jadi saya lebih menghargai tahap perkhidmatan Wynn Palace yang tiada tandingan.

Very warm, attentive, friendly and helpful service staff from the moment we checked in at the reception to the concierge where the smiling staff, Jeffrey, offered to get an umbrella for us when it was drizzling and getting us a cab to travel to our destination. Very generous complimentary pressing service for my clothes and were delivered promptly within a day and placed nicely in my closet. When I requested for a bucket of ice cubes to chill my wine, the service staff even brought in an extra tub of ice cubes in case I needed to put into my drinks. Fresh fruits and bottles of Evian water in our room were provided daily. Personalised message from our housekeeping staff who took the initiative to provide extra bottles of Evian water for our consumption. Late checkout offered by the reception and we were pleasantly surprised and greatly appreciate this kind gesture. Have been to many 5-star hotels but the service here is another level up! Kudos to all the staff at St Regis Macau! Your service is impeccable!

Two nights at W Macau – Studio City with my daughter, and it's genuinely one of the better hotel stays we've had. The property sits on the Cotai ***** and is directly connected to Studio City's entertainment complex, which is useful context — you're not just booking a hotel, you're booking into an integrated resort with all that implies in terms of scale and amenities. Room was everything you'd expect from a 5-star W: large, thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean. Beds were proper — large, firm, good quality linen. The bathroom stood out: separate full-sized bathtub and a separate shower, both well-appointed. For a family this makes a genuine difference to the morning routine. We used the pool, sauna, and steam room both evenings. The indoor pool, fitness centre, and steam room are open to all guests and the facilities were well maintained with no overcrowding in the evenings. Breakfast was excellent — generous spread including both international and Cantonese options. The buffet includes authentic Cantonese favourites alongside the standard international selection. One practical tip: the queues at peak morning hours are real. Arrive early and you'll eat in peace — guests here are not early risers. One thing worth flagging clearly for future travellers: the payment structure is unlike most hotels. Trip.com collects a preauthorisation upfront at booking. On arrival, the hotel charges the full room rate again independently, plus a separate deposit. Trip.com then refunds the original charge after checkout, and the hotel returns the deposit within 14 days. It all resolves correctly, but you need to have roughly double the room cost available and liquid for up to two weeks. The hotel has 557 guest rooms and its rooms include Bluetooth-connected sound systems and a W Mixbar for in-room drinks. Is it expensive? Yes. Does it deliver? Also yes.

Hotel yang hebat! Pada mulanya kami merancang untuk tinggal di bahagian lama Macau, tetapi kemudian kami membuat keputusan mengenai Paris dan tidak menyesalinya. Anda boleh pergi ke Macau lama dengan bas biasa atau bas percuma dari hotel anda. Di tingkat 5 hotel terdapat medan selera dan kiosk untuk mereka yang tidak bersedia membayar banyak untuk sarapan pagi, makan tengahari, makan malam. Kolam renang yang bagus, betul-betul di bawah Menara Eiffel. Hiasan hotel sangat mengagumkan, seolah-olah anda tinggal di Ouvray! Satu kelemahan - ia mahal! 🤣

Four Seasons Macao has been a favourite escape for my husband and I for many years. We have not been back in awhile as life got a bit hectic for us. We finally found some time to visit this wonderful property with several colleagues. Total we booked four rooms for a fun and relaxing Friday weekend. We got in touch with the hotel regarding some arrangements as I had to make sure they could make accommodations for breast milk storage. Which they did, during the stay they helped retrieve and store everything in their freezer. So breast feeding mamas can come without worrying. We had a fantastic experience. As usual we enjoyed the food, and especially the sauna/spa and the wonderful pool (one of the best in Macau). The best part of the entire experience however was the service. Especially from Victoria Pang, the Associate Director of Rooms. We've come to know Victoria through all our visits over the years and what a pleasure it has been. Whenever she receives us at reception it's always with a smile and amazing service. She is also extremely thoughtful and friendly she prepared welcome basket of snacks and a welcome gift kit as she heard about our new baby that just arrived. I absolutely recommend anyone or stay here and if you get a chance to run into Victoria during your stay even better! Christina L.

Great location, large and very clean rooms, very high quality food and friendly service .the hotel has large pool and outdoor hot tubs. Duke and Katrina at the front desk excellent service as always.

I stayed at the NUWA hotel in Macau from October 13th to 17th, 2025, and found the front desk service to be excellent, while the breakfast offerings were quite satisfactory. Although construction was ongoing in various areas, which occasionally caused noise, the staff remained remarkably courteous and attentive, consistent with my previous experiences at the property. However, despite visiting during weekdays, complimentary room upgrades were never offered throughout my stays. The hotel's location in the heart of Cotai makes it exceptionally convenient for exploring Macau's attractions. What particularly impressed me was the turndown service—requests were handled promptly and efficiently. Whenever I had dining reservations or sightseeing plans, I could request the service and return to an impeccably prepared room, allowing me to enjoy the rest of my evening undisturbed. This level of responsiveness sets NUWA apart from other hotels, where such services are typically less accommodating. The turndown service has consistently exceeded my expectations. My only reservation concerns the water dispensing system. While I appreciate the property's commitment to environmental sustainability, the current setup proves rather inconvenient in practice, which is disappointing.

Saya menginap di Hotel Broadway sekali lagi, dan seperti biasa, saya masih sangat berpuas hati Lokasinya sangat baik, sangat dekat dengan Resort Galaxy, dan terdapat rangkaian makanan, minuman dan hiburan yang lengkap. Hotel ini sangat kos efektif, harga berpatutan, bilik bersih, dan atendan bilik telah berusaha keras. Sebutan istimewa: Billy, kerani meja depan, mengatur bilik bertingkat tinggi untuk kami. Kami juga dapat melihat pantai Hengqin di luar tingkap. Dan Billy bekerja keras untuk mencari kami bilik bebas rokok. Kakitangan kanan hotel sila berikan *****ran kepada lelaki ini. Dia benar-benar bersedia dan sopan untuk membantu tetamu. Lain kali saya datang ke Macau untuk bercuti, saya pasti akan memilih Broadway Hotel.
