Amenities are excellent. The indoor swimming pool is grand-looking and user-friendly. There are dry, wet saunas and jacuzzi in the changing room. For the room, I got a free up-grade to a 70 sq.m. city view one. The room is still spacious, even with two double beds, couch and work desk area. The mattress and pillows are comfortable. Drinks in the fridge are free of charge. I will definitely stay there in my next visit.

Great hotel with very attentive and friendly staffs. The Grand Buffet is excellent choice for Breakfast and all you can eat dinner. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and we were presented with a lovely chocolate cake. Very thoughtful and great service from the restaurant service staff Ms SITI. We will come back to Grand Lisboa Palace again soon.

Totally loved their 5 star service. They provide Turn Down service. Concierge took care to arrange our limo ride to Guangzhou from Macau...Due to our late departure car booked, they provided an extended complimentary late check out of 3:00pm.
Rooms are very large compared to many other hotel resorts in Macau.
i totally loved & enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Excellent establishment - well designed and organised. Housekeeping is fabulous, they arranged my lotions in a rows according to height and toed my wires with cable ties. Laid my bedroom slippers on mat in front of my bed. So excellent..!!

Room was comfy and clean. Service was great. Pillow was exceptional. Breakfast spread was vast but lacking in quality. They even offer herbal tea. Coffee not so great. Even the illy coffee machine in the room was not very user friendly and I don’t like the coffee note. Only wanton noodles and the hk milk tea taste good. They provide free shuttle buses to other hotels and old town. Staff was friendly and helpful in giving directions.
