Better than expected. Good location by the lake, you can see the sunset from the room but not Macau tower. Brand new room amenities. The reception area is like a train station filled with people.

We went there for my son’s birthday celebration. Everything was smooth, staff are friendly and approachable. But the only cons is that they give limited of water only. If you asked for extra aside from the ones in your room they’ll charge you more. Since i was travelling with my family. 3 and 4 years old. 4 bottles of water was not enough for an overnight stay. 😅

The room I booked for four person. The view awesome(room no 1639) Breakfast inclusive in my room rate, good also. But if u need pay for it, then can choose explore outside food better. The trip is to celebrate my birth birthday celebration. Overall hotel very new and clean. But if u go plan go to the tourists sport need take taxi.

Great stay, brand new hotel, can't wait to be back! It was the perfect way to start the new year.

Hotel is quite new and in a good condition. Overall experience is great and the price is reasonable.

Overall new and nice. But service needs to improve. The shower water pressure is extremely weak which really needs improvement. Limited restaurants

very helpful staff for helping out and catering our needs :)

The good point of this hotel is its location, near the historical part of Macau, and that it is just inagurated, but the problem is because this hotel is new many of the installations as the smiwmming pool, or shops inside are still not opened. I will try it again when it stays fully operative.

Really bad service for the front desk, never go again
