The room was big and cozy. We received a free upgrade to a hotel room that faced the harbor view. The gym was well-equipped, and there was also a swimming pool and jacuzzi, which I enjoyed the most! I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

F.O service is giving wrong information. It seems like he don’t know about the property. Bad service F.O upon check in.. the rest is okay.

Our check in runs smoothly. Service is good. However, some amenities in the room is quite not complete like shaving kit, body lotion.

The interior is quite fancy. It’s spacious although not the most rigid materials. Location wise, it’s right opposite to Sands, so it’s quite accessible by taking the free shuttle bus from pier to The Sands.

Suitable for solo traveller, great location. Staff helpful and facilities, swimming pool and jacuzzi are cool.

Gorgeous hotel, that makes you feel like in a movie. It’s all golden and in classic style with a bathtub and big room. Clean room with no smell, free water bottles every day, nice swimming pool inside! Our stay there was a blast!

Very nice place to stay ,clean,comfortable .you have some coffee and tea in a room.the view is amazing from the window.next to the hotel you have many casinos ,bakeries and convenient stores.stuff is nice and helpful.the swimming pool is great.i recommend this place and will stay there again.

very nice place to stay. a nearby bus station . staff are fantastic. and even provide different kind of pillow .that's wonderful for my sleeping quality.

Hotel room was fantastic, got free upgrades to two room suite from hotel staff. Location just opposite Sand ******, next to Macao Fisherman’s Wharf. There were free shuttle buses to other locations such as The Venetian Macao, The Parisian, The Londoner, Border gate, and ferry terminal as well.

Great experience stay in Sofitel Macao, special thanks to Kyle and Victor for politely assisting our check in smoothly, and guiding us all the way to the room. And to Housekeeping Cristel and Jelyn for providing all our request. Definitely will come back again.

We booked a two bedroom suite for our family of four and we loved how spacious and clean it was. It was larger than expected - it had 3 TVs and 3 washrooms!We made use of the swimming pool, which was a bit too crowded (especially for a weekday afternoon), but the kids had a good time anyway. The location was perfect as we booked this trip to watch 'Annie' at the nearby cultural center. The only negative is was the check-in experience. I waited in line patiently and just when it was about to be my turn, someone else walked right up to the front desk. I was surprised that the staff proceeded to help them instead of asking them to queue up. I told the staff they should not allow people to budge in line and she apologised and opened another counter to help me. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
