I've never left a review before, but I'm truly speechless. I arrived at noon and was told check-in wasn't until 3 PM. I mentioned I had a one-year-old baby and asked if I could check in early, even just 10 minutes. The front desk staff flat-out refused, saying 3 PM is 3 PM, rules are rules, and they're inflexible. Secondly, I visited during Chinese New Year, and the lobby was decorated with festive gold ingots. My one-year-old picked one up for a mere two seconds before a doorman, who was opening the door, reprimanded him to put it down. My child was so scared he immediately started crying. Either put up a warning sign telling people not to touch them, or learn from other displays and glue them down so they can't be picked up. I'm honestly at a loss for words. If it weren't for wanting a quiet hotel away from the crowds during Chinese New Year, who would choose this place? I've been to Macau many times, and the people here are always so warm and helpful. I've never encountered such service staff before.

The soundproofing isn't great, but it's close to Fisherman's Wharf. We booked the hotel for over 800 [currency, e.g., RMB], and for food, you can head to Fisherman's Wharf or walk a bit further to Neptune Ice Room. However, I wouldn't choose this hotel again. It's not excellent, but it is clean and hygienic, and the hallway is quite beautiful for photos. Next time, I'll opt for a hotel in the new district for a better experience.

Great price and clean hotel. A bit far location-wise from Taipa strip or the other casinos on the Macau side but conveniently across from the Sands casino, which helps to get to the Venetian, Parisian or Londoner via free hotel shuttle.

This was my first time staying at the Rocks Hotel in Macau, and I had a great experience! It's luxurious and comfortable with a beautiful environment, and the service is excellent! It's quite close to the Science Center but far from the Ruins of St. Paul's. Delivery services in Macau aren't very convenient; ordering takeout can take 60-80 minutes, and ride-sharing isn't easy when traveling with elderly or young family members. Everything else was satisfactory. It would be even more convenient if the Fisherman's Wharf, located downstairs from the hotel, were open. I'll definitely choose the Rocks Hotel again next time I visit Macau! 👍👍

The duplex suite is amazing! Excellent location with a rich breakfast spread. It's under the Fisherman's Wharf brand, and I'm very satisfied. The price is reasonable, and there's a science museum, art museum, and the Handover Gift Museum nearby.

Great location, beautiful views, excellent facilities, and top-notch service. It's also super convenient for transportation and offers fantastic value for money. Highly recommended! My daughter loved it, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Macau.

This hotel is conveniently located near Sands Casino and Fisherman's Wharf. You can easily get there by taking the shuttle from Border Gate to Sands Casino. The hotel is clean and tidy, and they even have water dispensers in the hallways, which is a nice touch. Since I was traveling with family, the hotel upgraded us to a suite for free, and the service was excellent. For anyone visiting Macau, this is a highly recommended hotel.

The hotel is very large and luxurious, located on the Macau Peninsula, right next to Oceanus and Sands Macao. The surrounding transportation is convenient, making it easy to get to popular attractions like Senado Square and the Ruins of St. Paul's.

Excellent location, right opposite Marina Bay Sands and next to Fisherman's Wharf. I highly recommend the vegetarian buffet inside the wharf – great value for money! There's a bus stop right downstairs, and the Macau Cultural Centre is just across the street.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite the Sands Macao casino and close to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal. You can take the free shuttle bus from Sands directly to the hotel. It's very handy. My room had a balcony and windows, but they were sealed shut and couldn't be opened (which I understand completely). Even through the glass, the sea view outside was still quite beautiful.
