From the moment we stepped into the lobby on 38th floor, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist from the staff. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out throughout our entire stay. Every member of the staff, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were always ready to assist with any request, and their knowledge of the local area helped us make the most of our anniversary getaway. Speaking of comfort, the cleanliness and hygiene standards at Altria hotel were exemplary. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect. It was evident that the hotel took the health and safety of their guests seriously, which provided us with peace of mind during these uncertain times. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful anniversary decoration arranged by the hotel. As soon as we entered our room, we were greeted with a lovely surprise. The facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the well-maintained spa and swimming pool. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area and convenient access to nearby dining options.
