I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Macau, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff truly made our stay memorable. Michelle, in particular, was outstanding. Her attentiveness and genuine care for our needs enhanced our experience significantly. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. One of the lovely surprises during our stay was the thoughtful thank-you card and a little gift for my bambino. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made us feel special and appreciated, adding a personal touch that we will always remember. We also indulged in the afternoon tea service in our room, which was set up beautifully. The atmosphere was both nice and romantic, creating the perfect backdrop for our tea time. The staff who organized this were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that every detail was just right. The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was not only beautifully appointed, but the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such stunning scenery in the morning was a highlight of our stay. Lastly, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is within walking distance of local restaurants and parks, making it easy for us to explore the area and find fun activities for our child to enjoy. However, the only downside I noticed was that some of the cutlery, specifically the knives and forks, seemed a bit old and worn out. While the overall dining experience was delightful, a refresh of these items could elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. The service of every staff member was top notch. Made us feel very welcome. Helpful with our questions. Welcome gifts abd turn down service. Will visit again for sure. It is less busy than other hotels with casinos.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mandarin Oriental Macao, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The dedication from Hallie and her team Ken and Forest made my stay feel like a home away from home. I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

Hotel arranged a nice sea view room facing Macau Tower for us. Service is excellent as always.

Awesome service from start to finish! This is our 2nd time coming and they were exceptional! Shout out to Melody for the duty manager for showing us our room and surprising us with a bday celebration for my partner and provided any help we needed. Furthermore, they have a WhatsApp system so it was easier to get items like extra towels.etc without needing to always call. ! The pool was also good , though it was scorching hot so we didn't stay long. The hotel is connected to MGM via a central one mall and you could use their shuttle bus or you could ask for them to help with a taxi, special shoutout to Roasch? For giving us a ride when the taxis weren't available. All in all. Love it and can't wait to come again soon.

Sauna room is lack of water, wet towel and rest room. locker code is owned by the service desk and seems not safe. Breakfast is fine although it's not much choice. Room is at the corner and the view is best. I will stay in again if the price is fit in my target.

Mif was so warm and helpful. The staff at Mandarin Orential were helpful, attentive and happy. Excellent team and staff at Rica Vida were super helpful without asking he knew I wanted a pot of hot water. Everyone made it super special for our memorable stay.

Delightful surprise. A class act: exquisite hospitality, simultaneously elegant and simple ambiance, attention to the least details, fantastic kindness, discretion. The quality here is out of this world.

Very disappointed experience. After we check out, somehow this hotel deducted the deposit(hotel freezed 4200rmb for pre auth), by right this pre auth shall be un-freeze not deduct!. After several times calls that hotel finally realized they say its a miss deduction by receiptionist. And its been 8 days passed, the hotel still didnt return the money back. Really disappointed....
