Amazing service - reception and room - throughout our stay! Special thanks to Ms. Zhou, Ms. Xia, Ms. Gu and Ms. Olive 🙏🏻 for the warm, friendly and courteous hospitality. Hotel is a bit hard to find for the uninitiated (tip: ask to be dropped at 山海一面，五一路店, which is right next door). Location is close to all amenities - grocery, food, shopping - and within 10/15-minute walking distance to tourist attractions- Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, Yangtze River Cableway, Ciqikou, Raffles City, Chaotianmen, Liziba.

The front desk Xiao Wu, gave me a very good upgrade room type, tea drink, convenient transportation, the surrounding attractions are very close to the clock, there are a lot of delicious food around the street, large supermarkets, room facilities, clean and tidy. There is a washer and dryer, a gym. Very good ang highly recommended

Happy with Xiao Fu service. He is kind and thoughtful. We check in after midnight and he had a nice smiling face to welcome us at the hour.

I love the hotel it was a bit difficult to find the place, but the hotel itself was very clean. Just check that you have room with windows, cos the one I had did not, You could hear noise from the neighbour, but it did not bother me. Location was close the Xiaoshizi metro, and Linjiangmen, and also the Liberation monument. Starbucks was just across the street

The location is great and easy to find, going from exit 6 at Xiaoshizi, go through the miracle road and you’ll find the hotel right away. The room is super with city view, I just don’t like the smell of the elavator but everything else is great. The staff can’t speak english but enthusiastic to help. There’s lovely girl named Olive really help us a lot, she even add our weibo chat and try to explain to us on this.

If you are coming to the hotel from subway exit 6, the hotel entrance is behind the main building. The entrance of the hotel is opposite Sincere Plaza. The lobby is on the 8th floor, walk about 500 meters. All staffs are friendly and helpful. The bed is wide and comfortable. There is no cigarette smell in the room but maybe the soundproofing is not very good. At night, you can clearly hear horns on the road. But if you're a light sleeper, there's no problem. The location of the hotel is convenient. Because it is not far from Jiefangbei pedestrian street, restaurants, cafes, and tourist attractions. There are convenience stores such as Lawson and 7-Eleven around the building.

Hotel location is good close to 解方碑步行街。East access to eat and shopping. Staff is friendly and room is clean

A very good location hotel that you can access to a lot of tourist spot with just walking. The staff are all helpful and friendly. Recommended!

Cons: Entrance to the hotel is through a smelly and dirty alley. The hotel is on the 7th and 8th floor. The elevator is grimy and smelly . The room is clean enough, but non-smoking room still smells of smoke . Pros: Location is great. Front desk and other staff are friendly. Breakfast is average.
