Ulasan Happy Family Hotel

The hotel only serves a purpose that can be used for sleeping in the evening. Other than that, the location is great. The front desk guys are great. It is not a hotel with a magnificent cleanliness but the service and the sheets were very clean.

It is my first time to book through trip.com and i will rate 5 star for our trip.Happy Family Hotel or Hotel Familia Feliz is in good location,walking distance to Ruins of St Paul, Cathedral of the Nativity of our Lady, St Dominic etc…. As well to senado square to Casino’s it is at the back of Lisboa ****** Hotel very accessible to buses, the room is small but it is very clean, the front desk is english speaking,they are filipino even chinese front desk can speak english they have wifi and some complimentary water,you can make your coffee they provide electric kettle in every room,what i really like is the elevator, it can wait long time even with out pressing the button,plus the staff or fronk desk very polite and approachable, Mr Sraul filipino front desk even help us to get taxi outside,when we go back to Macau airport,we check out early and left our luggage at the front desk during our last day,since our flight is 19:00 Pm we got back around past 15:00 Pm,i recommend this Hotel to those who want cheaper hotel ,more power to Hotel Familia Feliz hope we can go back soon i will bring my family

The hotel is accessible to all tourists spot. And the staff are nice.

Bed not so good for sleeping.

The room is superrrr small, really small, you don't even have space to open you luggage, you only able to open you luggage on bed, toilet also superrrr small. The only good thing is the location, it is near Grand Lisboa.

The place is very accessible at any landmarks. very clean and neat.

It’s good value for the money and highly recommended to those who want to spend the holidays with small group of friends in Macao.

1. The mattress is only a box spring. 2. Soundproofing is sub-par (you can hear staff yelling across the hall outside your door). 3. The light control panel is pretty bright so if you need a dark environment to sleep it’s gonna be an issue 4. They only provided one towel for two guests. 5. If you shower in the bathtub the water will spray all over the place 6. The bathroom door doesn’t shut properly (no latch to keep the door shut) 7. The staff isn’t very knowledgeable about the visa requirement despite being able to look it up online (HK residents don’t need visa to enter, but they repeatedly requested proof of visa despite us explaining to the staff and the manager about the whole situation AT LENGTH) 8. The room is a bit stuffy, musty and smelled of cigarettes (probably poor ventilation) In sum: there are better hotels for a similar price.

Easy to locate,near san malo bus stops and restaurants and cheap price

Location is ok but the amenities are so-so. Bring your own water and coffee/tea.
