Very nice hotel with great service and commodities. Amazing location. No space for the luggage in the room though

Very good services provided by hotel. Free drinks, various of amenities, near to the old town.

The small facilities, i.e. breakfast room, public bath, 1 lift is, etc are just not enough for hotel of this size. Just too crowded.

Great value for a short overnight stay. The rooms are tiny but modern and clean. The bathroom is quite tiny if you are tall as it’s the size of a closet. The bonus was the onsen and the free breakfast.

Mickey mouse size room but very clean the breakfast is good and it is near the train station.

Check out time too early at 10am. Should have set it as 11am.

Good location nearby the trainstation & bus station too! The rooms are relatively small but manageable. Breakfast is included; a Japanese style breakfast, tasty! Opposite of the hotel also a very charming Cafe. And from the hotel also easy to discover the area and walk around! The staff was friendly but the hotel is more set-up as to do it yourself! There is a public bath with different times for men & women. And you can choose your pillow. In the public area downstairs there are some vending machines and some drinks are free! Good deal for that price!

The room was small but very clean, breakfast was delicious and you could choose a pillow according to your preference.
