Another excellent stay in the Wynn. It's just about in the middle of the City side. You can walk to the vast array of restaurants along the many streets to the side of the Star World Hotel. Or you can walk into the main town. The service was an all round perfect score again.

Hotel conditions is good, she locates in town center and easy to take traffic. Room is clean and tidy but not enough water supply (only 2 bottles). Bathroom is big and clean, weight scale including is good. lack of sauna room is a great missing in such 5 star hotel. the great advantage is an I-Pad control whole room facilities. Compare with Wynn Palace she seems a bit old and needs to take some renovation. I may stay again if the price is right.

Wynn Macau is a definition of a luxurious stay. The environment is fancy and welcome, since we arrive all staff provide us an amazing service and high quality standards. Food is great and you can enjoy an amazing international or Chinese breakfast buffet. We had opportunity to have dinner as well and you can find many fine fine options inside the hotel. It’s a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service and facilities. We are to come back and next time maybe try Wynn Palace.

Location wise not very convenient. A bit far. Checked in late. The smoking room is smoky. Fully booked and was assigned to encore tower which is a bit far away but room is very clean and nice. I would highly recommend it again for sure.

The receptionist name Woody attend to all my request and even offer a free extra bed and complimentary cake. All the staff in the hotel greeted us with a smile and was so polite. The service was outstanding and the room was so big. Exceeded my expectations. Will definitely go back again with my family.
