Ulasan Metropole Hotel Macau

Sangat bagus, kali kedua saya menginap, saya naik taraf ke bilik deluxe, terutamanya dengan meja yang jauh di dalam hati saya!

Saya sangat menyukai hotel ini, di bawah panji China Travel Service Macau. Saya tinggal di sini setiap kali saya datang ke Macau. Sikap dari meja depan kepada pelayan adalah baik. Setiap kali saya keluar masuk, penjaga pintu membuka pintu. Lokasi emas, naik bas di pintu masuk, dan berjalan ke Jalan Yinhuangzi di Daerah Tengah dalam masa 3 minit Kawasan sekitar mengumpulkan pelbagai jenama terkenal dari Hong Kong dan Macau, seperti Tse Ruilin, Chow Sang Sang, Chow Tai Fook, Oriental Watch, Lai Lai, Upstairs, PARKnSHOP, Xinhuacheng, Yaohan, Margaret Egg Tart, dll. Ia sangat mudah untuk makan, minum, bermain dan membeli-belah. Saya akan terus tinggal di sini setiap kali saya datang ke Macau. Tidak memerlukan hiasan mewah, perkhidmatan penuh perhatian, persekitaran yang bersih, dan tidur yang nyenyak, ia sudah cukup untuk memberikan kemudahan maksimum untuk melawat Macau.

Keluar adalah Macau Square, Yaohan, belok kiri dan berjalan kira-kira 100 meter, adalah Bas San, ia sangat dekat dengan mana-mana, harga berpatutan, disyorkan, tetapi biliknya kecil sedikit.

Meja penyambut tetamu membantu saya menaik taraf bilik saya, yang sangat bagus! Saya sangat menyukai tingkap dari lantai ke siling bilik ini. Saya duduk di sofa dan minum teh pada pukul 1 petang. Ia sangat menyenangkan. Bilik dobi mempunyai kawasan mencuci tangan. Tingginya hebat. Persekitaran sangat baik, bersih dan bersih!

Nice hotel located in old Macau district. Special mention for Jerry (Front Office) & Housemaid (forgot to get her name) for floor 10th during our stay - helpful & courteous. We would have had an enjoyable stay in Macau, but unfortunately, it was marred by some unethical individuals (we're not sure if they were locals or tourists) who stole our hotel-loaned umbrella right under the nose of the security guard at the Sir Robert Ho Tung Library. The umbrella was kept at their umbrella rack because it was raining during our visit. The most ridiculous part is that the security guard actually told us to file a police report on the loss! Sadly, we had to pay MOP 100 to the hotel as a penalty for the stolen umbrella. 🤦♀️😓.

Good hotel.Location is good. Though we thought their restaurant is a buffet style but still we had a good experience.

Not my first time at Metropole Hotel in Macau. And as always, for me it is the best hotel in terms of location (just a few minutes from Senado Square)and in terms of value/price. I stayed with my family and we loved our room (1009). Would definitely go here again if I'm in Macau.

Cozy and clean hotel at the center. Breakfast was Chinese style and spicy. From the hotel window, the grand Lisbao hotel can be seen. Stay again for the next time.

Clean and good highly recommended to solo and family travel

Room is good. Spacious for my whole family of 5, especially with an elderly in a wheelchair. Location is great as it is within the city centre. Walking distance towards Senado Square/Grand Lisboa/Wynn. Front Desk, the 2 guys were both rude and terrible in assisting us from the moment we checked-in until we checked-out. Breakfast is horrible. Service as well is terrible. The is a restaurant next door, Metropole 493, is also worth a try. Food and service were excellent.

Very good logistic. Main tourist spot are within walking distance such as Ruin of St Paul. Upon arrival we can take the free shuttle bus from the Ferry Terminal to nearby Grand Lisboa Macau & walk to the hotel. The only things we don’t like is strong smoke smell upon arrival. Luckily the cleaner are friendly & help us to spray away the smell. This hotel provides free Tim Sum for 1 pax thought is Twin Room (very funny) so just need to top up for 1 pax in order to eat together. Portion is big enough for ladies. Anyway we save a lot of transportation in this trip.

Great location in Macau peninsula. Close to most tourist attractions. Good if you don't expect anything too fancy, decent value for money. Room decor is a bit dated and simple, but it's clean and has all essential amenities. Close nearby are several options for shopping and restaurants, also close to buses for venturing further into other areas in Macau or Hong Kong.
