Not really all-inclusive. That is a very big gripe regarding this hotel. The staff everywhere are fantastic. The food is plentiful (although quite often cold). There are plenty of good quality amenities too. Unfortunately, through no fault of the hotel, we were ill for the whole of our stay here and spent most of the time on our room. We made a simple request for bottles of water but this was refused and we were asked to pay extra for them. This is disgusting considering it is supposedly “all-inclusive”. Sorry to say we won’t be coming back.

This is not a 5-star hotel standard. Located a bit too far from city, the most disappointing thing is customer services, no room services, no food , no drink........ hahahaaha, I luv this vietnam 5 Star Hotel.🤣😂😂😂😂

If you're looking for a quiet place outside of the city, look no more. I loved the private beach, it was much cleaner than the rest of the shore. The sunrise walk on the beach is the must! Red dunes are also only 5 minutes away. Breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of the day. Be aware that the pool only works till 6 pm. The gym was really cool. New equipment, open till 9. The staff was incredible, always smiling, helpful, and attentive. Shout out to receptionists Thang!

The view, room condition, breakfast is superb. Location is quite far from town but just near by the red sand dune. The problem of this hotel is majority of the staff cannot speak English. Hence, Im wondering how do they deal with foreigners. Shud improve on thay.

I decided to leave a review because I couldn't find any information about this hotel in Russian while searching and choosing. My family and I stayed in September on an all-inclusive program and were very pleased. This is a 100% family-friendly hotel. It feels fresh, and you can feel it in everything: the furniture, the pool, the reception, the restaurant, and the sun loungers. The hotel is mostly Vietnamese, with no more than 10% Russian. The most important thing, in my opinion, is the hotel staff. Every single one of them is attentive to guests, friendly, always helpful (sometimes through a translator), helpful, and responsive to all requests. The entertainment staff is fantastic – they always offer various contests, games, and exciting evening programs for children, and later for adults. The hotel has a large children's room and arcade machines, a ping-pong table, and billiards. The cuisine caters to every taste: Asian and European, plenty of seafood, and separate meals for children (pasta is always available), as well as fresh fruit. As they say, the devil is in the details. And everything is taken care of here: life vests for children, slippers and robes in the room, high chairs and a table for children, a shuttle to the fishing village, luggage handling, lifeguards at the sea and in the pool, and there's even a first-aid station on site. The pool is conveniently located, with water slides for adults and children, and snack bars and beach bars nearby. The sea was a bit dirty in September. It's a three-hour drive from the airport to the hotel, but it's worth it. The view from the room is wonderful, it's quiet, clean, and the bed linen was changed almost daily, though the floors weren't always thoroughly mopped. The air conditioning is very efficient: 2-3 minutes and the room is cool, and the mattresses are comfortable (which was important to me). We plan to return again.

Overall, it's clean and friendly. It's located about 11km from the main station, so a taxi ride will cost around 10,000 won one way. Aside from the location, there were no inconveniences, and the breakfast was varied.

We spent a peaceful New Year in this hotel, which was warm, lively, traditional, convenient and welcoming. Flowers, sea breeze, shells and swimming pools made the children happy. The wonderful dragon and lion dances on the first day of the New Year further reflected the inheritance of cultural traditions. The hotel's buffet for three meals a day made us slow down our pace more leisurely, and the Southeast Asian service made you feel natural and warm.

It's the best hotel to stay with family. I remember the pool slide a lot. 😇 The staff at the pool encourages a lot of games, and you won't get bored just playing at the pool. I was surprised to see the staff cleaning the playground slide. It costs about 7,000 to 8,000 won by taxi to Bokeh Street, and it takes about 10 minutes.

Very bad check-in experience, the buffet was terrible at around 130, the spa was closed at 6 o'clock, and I couldn't relax at night. The key is that there were too many people, which felt like many places where Korean tour groups went. The dining area was noisy, and the poolside was also very noisy at night. They played loud music until after midnight, making it impossible to fall asleep and have to get up early the next day. This time, Ho Chi Minh and Nha Trang were both good, but Mui Ne was a disaster. I advise you to give up...

The environment is really good, the beach is beautiful, and the facilities are good. But the service is a bit behind. The biggest problem is that there are no restaurants around. It costs about 100 yuan to take a taxi to eat, which is very cost-effective.

A good hotel for people with children. You can take both breakfast and all inclusive. Huge rooms, you can play football.
