The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff is polite but it is a bit far from train station.the mall next to the hotel have chiikawa store.

service is good, everything okay la. but shuttle bus is disappointing only at 8pm

The location of this hotel was quite far but despite of that, my experience on staying was excellent and nice.

This hotel is really out of my expectation, value for money, neat and clean, good service.... just the location is not convenience enough but it's not a big deal to me. I also like the Taichi exhibition there.

We had a great time staying at this hotel for birthday celebration, check in was quick and there was flexible arrangement which we appreciated. Would highly recommend this suite for family which is very spacious , kid-friendly with no sharp edges, with bathtub and shower . The hotel helped to arrange baby cot and birthday cake. There were restaurants like McDonald and pepper lunch, and a convenient store plus Brown and Cony cafe which was cute. for activities we went to indoor playground for kids to play for 2 hours. There were also ice machine and vending machines to buy snacks and drinks on our floor. Overall we had a great experience. The vibe was relaxing , staff were nice. At first we were worried about having to queue for taxi (based on online comments) but it turned out there were lots of taxi at our hotel and also at the hotel next to us. (Just 5 min walk , actually directly next to this hotel) would recommend this place for a quiet and relaxing staycation for family. Only thing that can improve would be breakfast, not much food options to choose from for a buffet-style breakfast (we chose the western style one).

Room is clean & tidy , bed is comfortable . USB circuits are also near bedside which is convenient. Hotel has no shuttle bus service to ferry , have to walk to Lisboa palace to take the bus ,which is opposite of the hotel . Check in and out was efficient👍🏼

We booked this room a few days before check in date. It was a great price for a big room. Fancy bathroom with rub and shower. Double sinks. We didn't have enough time to use the amenities, but we walked around the shops below and took pictures with the big line bear. They have shuttle to ports into HK and china as well for travellers.

I had a pleasant stay at this new hotel in Macau. The room was clean with a stylish and modern design, making for a comfortable experience overall. Would recommend for anyone looking for a fresh, well-designed place to stay!

the room is clean, interior and service is excellent. however some noise from outside is clearly heard inside the room. The location is far away from crowds but you can easily travel going to popular places. Bus stop just at the front of hotel. They provide bus service going to Wynn Palace (cotai) not sure the they have other buses service transfer to other hotels. The building has 3 hotels, Maison,Line and Friend and Lisboeta, accessible each hotels and you have 3 choices for restaurant for breakfast. For Chinese, International and Noddles place. Behind the hotel is a mall and the mall has activities zip line and indoor skydiving, more choices of restaurants inside and shopping center.

Excellent service, clean and comfortable room, quiet and easy-to-reach location, cute Line cartoon characters at hotel lobby and shopping mall, bus stop just outside the hotel and only 5-mins walk to light rail station, I think it’s the best for a relaxing holiday trip.
