I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for 3 adults and 1 teen. First time in Macau. We were pleasantly surprised and very much impressed by the complimentary snacks and drinks which includes daily 2 bottled water, sprite, coke, non-gassy sweet bottled drink, beer and even a bottle of red wine! There is even coffee beans and coffee grinder for you to grind and make your own coffee! We did not drink the wine as not a wine drinker, neither did we bring it home cos find it a hassle to put into luggage. The staff is very friendly. The only inconvenience is that the hotel is located in a narrow lane and there is no proper hotel lobby where U can take taxi. We have to walk about 2 mins to go main road to catch a taxi. But other than that, hotel is clean and it is near the Ruins of St Paul and few other places. Best part is it is near Koi Kei bakery where I logged 2 giant bags of almond pastry snacks back home.

Our family booked the Platinum Onsen Room, last December 31, 2024, to January 1, 2025 and we thought it was simply perfect for our hotel staycation.
From the moment we arrived, a Filipino staff in check-in area was very welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home.
The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with a private onsen that provided a luxurious and relaxing experience, and perfect for family.
Though the views from our room are not the one we expected. We booked Platinum (Resorts World) Garden Onsen Room, it’s quite pricey but since we want to experience the onsen we are okay with that price, Macau Tower view as we saw that on the picture in trip.com are one we choose, because we thought there is fireworks display in Macau, sad to say no fireworks display this year 2025 in Macau tower.
Anyway the amenities at Yoho Hotel were fantastic! My boys and I loved the onsen room, as it was warm and inviting, and the amenities in hotel especially the gym.
On New Year's Eve, we had a small celebration, we thought we can sing outside (onsen) coz there is small table, on our room but hotel called us twice 😂 So our New year eve night is not as special as it is. For us our staycation is just a waste of money.
Anyway i want to commend Jape and the filipino in check-in area for being so helpful and mindful on our needs. (forgot to get the name) they are both friendly and helpful. Not being biased but having a Filipino staff is very good coz they are all welcoming and friendly.
But overall, our stay at Yoho Hotel was okay. We all relaxed. But I will not recommend this room, if your family like to have fun coz they will scold you 😂

Very nice everything. Staff and everything very good but one security from supplier company working there know me and he said he have all access of my personal information that I provide to hotel staff for registration. It broke my privacy.
Long story. Overall is still pleasant. Some might say it’s a new hotel, cut some slack for them. Yes and no. If you are not ready, then don’t open. I would say either understaff or staffs are not experienced or well trained. To those that were working there now, I can see that they are doing their very best. Higher management might want to see how to improve further.
1: Reached hotel at 12pm. Put my luggage at reception and went out. They already have my booking and name verified. Came back at 4pm, waited for 30 minutes and gave me the wrong room type from my booking. When I went down to the counter, told me that my room is not ready yet. At 4pm and my room is not ready yet? The fact is that, there’s a group of walked in customers in front of me when I came back. They gave my room to them thinking that I am not back yet. And I have to wait for the other room, which was given a late checked out. And the guest had just left and room is not ready for me. So they put me up in another room to wait for my room.
2: Very generous with space. Room is spacious. Bright. Nice and clean. Which I think it has to be as it is a brand new hotel just opened in less than 2 weeks ago.
3: Stingy with water. Gave only 2 bottles of water. 250ml type. Asked for more and said at most can give 2 more only.
4: Water heater temperature not constant. One moment become very hot and one water becomes cold. And the hot that it suddenly became was very hot. Quite dangerous.
5: There is no robot to bring up your food deliveries and send anything that you request from hotel. You will have to go down to pick up your deliveries and wait for hotel staff to bring to you anything that you request for. I have to wait for 45 minutes for a pair of slippers.
6: The shower area had a design flaw that allows water to flow out when you shower and water ponded right in front the vanity counter. That was how I needed an extra pair of slippers.
7: The blinds of the windows are another wrong choice of blinds to install. You need to lower the entire day blind then you can bring up the black out blind. There are 7 panels of them in the room. My arms are sore after that. And you need to repeat the entire process to bring it up in the morning if you wish to see outside the window.
8: TV doesn’t have access to paid TV. Can only watch local channels.
9: Drop off point do not have a shelter like neighboring buildings. You get wet going in and out of the hotel entrance if it rains.
10: My room was on the top floor. Each time the lift moves, I can hear the braking lock engaging and disengaging. I can also feel the vibration from the gears that lowers and pulls the ropes. I am not a light sleeper and I can hear it.
11: Windows are double glazed. But still can hear the rain splattering while sleeping.

We loved this place!!! My family arrived at the airport around 1:30 AM and found out that the hotel was right next to it! It was attached to the airport and didn’t need to take a taxi. After the flight, we could have sweet dreams right away. We loved the place. I would visit this hotel again when we travel to Macao later in the future. The price was wonderful as well! Highly recommended.

There are many excellent hotels in Macau, but choosing the Four Seasons was an outstanding decision. For guests traveling by taxi, the location is unbeatable, offering not only an outdoor swimming pool and spa but also stunning views and walking access to major tourist spots.
What stood out most was the impeccable service provided by the staff. Every staff member we encountered during our 3-night, 4-day stay was friendly and went out of their way to ensure our family, including our child, had a wonderful experience. This stay has made us eager to visit Macau again, and when we do, we will definitely choose the Four Seasons.

Thank you for amazing hospitality!
Catherine(Concierge) & Vincent(Front Desk) provided amazing service.
Catherine helped us to book restaurants & provided local sightseeing and transportation info.
Vincent helped me to extend my stay.
Housekeeping team also provided professional service. They seemed to understand Chinese more easily.
Sleep eye mask & teddy bear amenity was good souvenir of Conrad Macao (I checked other customers also took them.)
Thank you for the great service.

FFreyyyyaaaHGood experience overall. The staff was great. However, the check in process was not up to standard. I arrived at 3pm. There was a very long line for check in. I was advised to return in an hour, which I did. At which point I was told that the room wasn’t ready and I should return at 5pm. I did not accept, of course, and they “found” a room. That is not a 5* service considering people come tired and/or have other plans. Perhaps the check-in system should be improved to be done quicker and cater to more customers at once.
PPengguna TetamuYou can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.
BBertonCheungThe spacious room and the spectacular view is the only highlight in my opinion. Maybe my expectation is a bit high after staying with Andaz, which provided an excellent and all-rounded experience. For example, we have made an earlier request for late check out when doing the check in, but get rejected by the check-in staff. They didn't consider your membership status nor the birthday. Please don't expect any perks or rewards. The room was not ready when we were there. So we stored our luggage at the front desk. When we came back, the stored luggage was not directly sent to your room. You needed to reclaim your stuff at the concierge. I was a bit disappointed. The location is not prime and at the far corner of the whole district. Staying here with the gold elite status and on your birthday will not bring you anything extra, even though you have made remarks earlier. Definitely, not the first pick in Macau.
PPengguna TetamuWe had a great time staying at this hotel for birthday celebration, check in was quick and there was flexible arrangement which we appreciated. Would highly recommend this suite for family which is very spacious , kid-friendly with no sharp edges, with bathtub and shower . The hotel helped to arrange baby cot and birthday cake. There were restaurants like McDonald and pepper lunch, and a convenient store plus Brown and Cony cafe which was cute. for activities we went to indoor playground for kids to play for 2 hours. There were also ice machine and vending machines to buy snacks and drinks on our floor. Overall we had a great experience. The vibe was relaxing , staff were nice. At first we were worried about having to queue for taxi (based on online comments) but it turned out there were lots of taxi at our hotel and also at the hotel next to us. (Just 5 min walk , actually directly next to this hotel) would recommend this place for a quiet and relaxing staycation for family. Only thing that can improve would be breakfast, not much food options to choose from for a buffet-style breakfast (we chose the western style one).
SSara ArdeliaWe loved our extraordinarily large room with separate living and bedroom and the lovely scent. Despite its quite minimum lighting, overall we enjoyed our experiences along with its l’occitane amenities. Some people complain about its location being too far from most other sites with limited shuttle options, but we found it quite convenient after knowing that we managed to use Grand Lisboa Palace shuttle services. The shopping mall connected to the hotel was also a reliable option. Our room came with an afternoon tea set which was great though the service could have been better about the tea and drink included.
PPengguna TetamuOur check-in with the help of staff 趙嘉敏, just 5mins to get our room and I need to thanks so much for Joel who very care of us.
When we check-in he noticed that we had a lugguage with us and told us that just leave it at a distance that can be looked after
While check-out he is very patient to listen my comment that the chair in our room one of the leg is not fixed well and he will reflect to the management.
Last but not the least that thanks for Ms. Jessy who toke my IDD call for my special request as we are coming from Hong Kong as because we just made booking less than 12hrs before check-in.
She really made remarks to my needs and why I know it's her who pick up my call and well prepared a room before our arrival as when we check-out, by a few chit chat and knows that it's her who received my calls and pay attention to our needs.
WWongAshleyMy family and I had a wonderful stay! When we first arrived at the entrance of the hotel, we were assisted by the bellhop, Mark Spencer, who was very nice and helpful during our arrival and leaving the hotel. And everything else that came after did not disappoint, the room was beautiful, the breakfast was nice. Would definitely come back again! 👍🏽
PPengguna TetamuI arrived at 1300 hours, but the room was only available at 1500 hours. We requested a late check-out but were only allowed to stay until 1200 hours the next day. I even received a reminder phone call at 1155 hours, which seemed like they were urgently pushing me to leave
