Excellent stay from start to finish. Clean and we were offered an upgrade for a mere 12 Euros. Beautiful room. The breakfast was fantastic! Worth every penny! Highly recommend this hotel! Perfect! Not so far away from the center with local transport. Also really close to the terminals. Free shuttle service on time! Great.

The hotel probably was built in the 90s so the facilities are a bit worn out. But we had a very comfortable stay there. The hotel is quite clean and staffs are friendly. Good value if you need to catch a morning flight. They don’t offer the free shuttle bus to the airport anymore but the subway is very close by, 3-4 minutes walk. The food in the bar restaurants can be improved.

Room was spacious exactly wgat we needed we were a sports team n parents for a one night stay comfy beds. I think we forgot to ask for the toothpaste n stuff there was soap. Breakfast was great the kids loved it very accommodating we had a family leaving by 6:30 am n staff ensure they left with boxed breakfast. Shuttle was awesome informative n helpful setup at check in time worked out. Great duo for lovely staff all around. Many 10 min walking bar n near hotel as well has atm n restaurants very close to airport was the part for our hectic schedule.

I love this hotel. The staff are very friendly and even help me to learn Spanish! The hotel is small enough to be peaceful and very pretty. It's near the metro but in a lovely part of Madrid. It's really good for solo travelers, the breakfast is well worth it, the pool is fabulous. It's t perfect place to relax and see Madrid from. It's not a busy place for Nightlife but you can go out easily if you want from here. The beds are big and I love the rooms. I can't fault this hotel for a place to relax and hope to come again and again. Thank you to the manager and all the staff.

The place is very clean and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. They booked me a taxi to the airport at 3:00 am which was a flat rate of 20 Euros. It’s a bit pricy for being so close but when it’s that early the metro isn’t running. Taking the metro to the hotel ended up being 2.5 Euros but will be 7 just for 1 stop if you don’t have a transport card yet. The hotel walls are a bit thin so if you’re a light sleeper maybe request a higher floor. Overall it was great and I’d stay there again.

This is a convenient hotel if you have a short stopover in Madrid and don’t need to be downtown. Very tasty European breakfast! Distance to the airport is small but it’s tricky to reach the hotel if you don’t take a taxi. The hotel description says there is a hotel shuttle bus from the airport for free … that is unfortunately not true. Not from the airport neither to the airport. In case you decide to walk to the hotel … it’s a 10 min walk from terminal 2 …. be prepared to ask for the correct way. Very tricky … specially at night. The hotel should update their profil and please stop saying that there is a hotel shuttle bus for free!!!

We spent our last night in Spain at the Hotel Villa Villa de Barajas because of it's close proximity to the airport and we couldn't be happier. We had a large room on the first floor. It was very clean and all worked well. The bathroom was large and the shower worked well. There are a number of restaurants and tapas bars nearby, several right across the street. We opted for their breakfast when he booked, and could be happier! The buffet breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, choice of juices, cereals, milk and of course, a coffee machine that served s different kinds of coffee. I've also read elsewhere that there is a flat 20 euro taxi rate to the nearby airport. This is not true! We hailed a taxi on the street and it was less than 7 euros (tip included). Great hotel near the airport! Highly recommended!

O quarto é grande e limpo … o único problema que eu tive foi na comunicação com relação a Van - tive que pegar um Uber até o hotel . Na volta a van funcionou bem . Deveriam melhorar a comunicação ! Fora isso o hotel é ao lado de uma estação do metrô . Voltaria ( mas precisam melhorar a comunicação com relação ao transfer )
