Hotel di Madrid dengan Kolam Renang

Atendimento espetacular, almoço maravilhoso no jardim, spa impecável, bom café da manhã, localização perfeita e decoração linda. Quarto amplo e banheiro super confortável. Recomendo escolher um arroz no restaurante, o com pato estava delicioso.

Lovely hotel, amazingly centrally situated, and so we were able to walk to all the things we needed to see and do. Breakfast excellent with a good choice of hot and cold food. Staff generally very kind and polite. Our one complaint was that the TV in the bedroom we had, kept losing or freezing the picture on the BBC world news channel, and a small icon kept appearing from LG, which after waiting a while restored the screen. We complained about this on the first morning we were there, and the reception noted it and siad an engineer would go and attend to it. This was not done and for the whole stay sadly we were frustrated by the TV which was really of no use to us what so ever. I have read other similar stories on Tripadvisor about the same complaint, and so clearly the hotel is aware of the problem but seemingly chooses not to do anything about it. This is a shame, beacuse something so easy, and expected would make a huge difference to one's enjoyment of the room. Other than that, really we had no complaints, and would certainly stay again.

2 nights there. Very nice checking, eye-contact, body language, speech, correct approaching and fast. I felt welcome. The hotel: I loved the kind like dark-atmosphere, it's not a sun-like bright hotel, it's elegant and classic. Don't expect cheap Chinese LEDs ON every corner. Furniture and colors are very inviting to a relaxed state of mind. The room was big enough, classical furniture, 2 comfy armchairs, heavy and blocking light curtains do the job. Bed, quite comfy and big. Wrong pillows. I would have enjoyed more if a 3rd (extra) bed wasn't there. Is the idea to make me feel more lonely? :-) Reception made a cock-up. I'm single traveler, I booked for 2. I didn't bother to ask to remove Soundproofing: once you step out of the lift: no echo on large aisle. Carpets floors all over, solid furniture plus all the surrounding trees makes the trick. Once inside the room: you hear next door people having a conversation, doors opening. Seriously! It really sucks! I went ill, upset stomach and I didn't felt relaxed to use the closed as much as needed. On the other hand: the adults games? How to manage it? Mute on? Parking is super. It's approved even for those with only 2 remaining points on theirs driving license. :-) I would come back as a single traveler. My greetings to the cleaning staff. Good job. Thank you.

The buffet is not really good even though there are many choices. the bacon how can they messed up a feeaking bacon my god 😂 they don’t have an omelet station which is a must on a buffet breakfast. But the location is good. Not worth my money.

這樣歐洲之行來回在馬德裏中轉了三次，住了三個不同類型的酒店，我可以非常負責任地說，這家hard rock是性價比最高，最符合高檔酒店期待的。首先從設計上來說，結構比較緊湊，但又不擁擠，一切都是新的，非常乾淨。酒店自帶餐飲很美味，價格也公允。前台小姐姐小哥哥熱情友好。對麪過個馬路就是索菲亞博物館，離atocha火車站五分鐘步行距離，十分鐘是麗池公園。 在馬德裏，酒店是很貴的，哪怕這個價位，能住的舒服不容易。謝謝這座酒店，讓我能快樂地躺平三晚！

Pedimos una cama de matrimonio y nos dieron una habitación con 2 camas, me dijeron que había de matrimonio pero era superior y me cobraban 40€ de suplemento , no les hubiera costado nada atender mis peticiones, ya que la habitación que me dieron era una cuádruple, que si nos ponemos tampoco era la que contraté. Por otro lado el personal de limpieza se pone a hablar en tono bastante alto por los pasillos a una hora temprana.

Hotel ottimamente ubicato, a distanza di piacevole passeggiata dal Parque del Retiro, e a pochi minuti a piedi da due comode stazioni metro. Reception accogliente ed efficiente, e pulizia impeccabile. Raccomandato.

My staying in this hotel was beautiful. Location is very good, service is excellent. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern, very clean, breakfast is very good too. All foods was fresh and tasty. But only one question: why spa is available for additional charge in such level of hotel? But in general I'm satisfied and come back to this hotel with pleasure.

Perfect base for a city trip to Madrid. Hotel is outside the center but metro station is literally across the street. Rooms are very spacious and equipped with a wonderful bath and shower. Absolutely recommended! Book without breakfast is wise; plenty of alternatives in the city. We tried breakfast once but it was not a success. Sandwiches were not refilled and assortment was not too large. So no five stars for us: breakfast was mediocre, especially compared to the many breakfast restaurants in the city center: cheaper and better quality. But let me be clear: If we visit Madrid again we will definitely come back and we will recommend Hotel Claridge to friends and family.
