room clean and convenient. breakfast is economical and worth it for convenience. Every morning, we ate breakfast in hotel conveninently.

I have a really great days in this hotel! They have the nicest front office staff. Room always clean, location is greatttt near the piramides metro, I even can check in before 16.00 after I check out from my double room and move into this triple room with my friends. A very pleasant service. Spwnt 6 night total in total, and i have a really nice good sleep. Thanks guys, keep it up.

the Hotel, about location is walking distancy but if you are fit (say the major attractions Madrid you can reach on foot )Atocha station for airport and international travel 15 min walk very ease to get )but there is PYRAMIDS station just outside the hotel and bus stop literaly 5 step,and the autobus ELIPTICA travel around Spain near by . The staff very polite,all the amenities (fridge ,comfy bed AC big room big bathroom )the only thing missing the KETTLE for brew cup tea will be nice but i think all the hotel in Spain dont have .another thing very small safety (could be little big). Hôtel bien placé bouche de métro et train qui emmène à l’aéroport juste en face .personnelle serviable aimable .juste un petit bémol les chambres sont mal isolées.

Excellent location Just opposite Piramides underground and many bus stops. Recently refurbished, rooms are new, clean and quiet, beds are very comfy. We stayed in 219, a spacious triple room with a big bathroom. Staff Is very kind and helpful.

This is our second time to Madrid but we really enjoyed we stay in this hotel, we were given a executive room for us and our two kids so the room was lovely and big. The hotel was situated with the metro on the doorstep and the bus right outside that run every few minutes. The breakfast was ok, the kids enjoyed themselves. Just down from the hotel there is a river bed which we walked both ways and it was lovely too. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Excellent hotel for the weary traveller. We flew in to Madrid after 25 hours. We caught the renfe train from T4 at the airport to Piramides. The hotel had given us instructions and we had no idea how valuable this was because we speak no Spanish. Single train get off at the station and its right next door to the station exit. Hotel Staff were helpful and directed us to a “snack bar” next door if we were hungry. Great move. The Pintxoteca Piramides fantastic!!! Next morning we walked the block and found a number of cheap street cafes In summary Rafaelhoteles Piramides is a good place to recover from a flight to Madrid and excellently placed

My husband and I stayed at this location traveling with a group. We did not have to deal with the reception staff, so no comments there. The hotel has 3 elevators, all of which were working. We did not ever have to wait that long for an elevator. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. The employees there kept everything restocked, and were quick to clean tables when guests were done. They opened the area early when another group had to leave early. Our group left very early one morning, and they had breakfast bags for us to take. Our room was comfortable and clean. Rooms were cleaned daily. We didn't have a *view*, per se, but we were only in the room to sleep and shower, so that was ok. It had a good location and was a busy location most days. Lots of eating and drinking convenient to the hotel. We would stay there again if visiting this beautiful city!
