Hotel con una excelente ubicación, en plena Gran Vía. La atención del personal fue muy buena. Tienen una terraza en su novena planta con buenas vistas a la Gran Vía, donde puedes tomarte algo y disfrutar de la tranquilidad (algo difícil en esta ciudad). Nos dieron una habitación reformada y no podemos sacarle ningún inconveniente, era amplia, con un baño enorme y todo muy limpio. Sin duda volveremos.

AC Hotel by Marriott Avenida de America is an exemplary hotel, strategically situated just 15 minutes by taxi/car from the airport, or a 40-minute journey via metro/bus. The hotel's proximity to Madrid's premier sights, accessible via Metro, is remarkably convenient. I was astounded by the ease of reaching cultural landmarks and bustling city centers from this location. The staff are exceptionally amiable and provided invaluable assistance in organizing a last-minute, sophisticated work dinner. Additionally, I relished the hotel's advantageous location adjacent to a well-stocked supermarket and directly opposite a traditional barber. The rooms are a paragon of cleanliness, boasting expansive beds, superb bathrooms, and mini-fridges to keep beverages chilled. The decor exudes a contemporary elegance, seamlessly blending comfort with aesthetic appeal. Notably, the hotel's ambiance is tranquil, providing a serene retreat amidst the city's vibrancy. The complimentary Wi-Fi is reliable and fast, catering to both my leisure and business needs efficiently. Overall, I will undoubtedly opt for this locale again, as it is a favored choice among my colleagues when conducting business in the Madrid office.

Very good location near to metro station & Palacio within walking distance. Good restaurants & supermarket nearby. Very spacious room.

The location of the Hotel Princesa Plaza was excellently situated for viewing main attractions in the city, especially since there was a metro stop right by the hotel and various bus stops. Travelling by bus and metro is very straight forward, buses accept credit card payments and in the metro you can purchase a travel card from a machine which can be read in English. This card can be topped up using a credit card for any journeys needed and the metro lines operate like underground systems anywhere, making sure you get on the correct line. It was also easy to walk a short distance to many of the attractions and the weather was warm and dry during our stay. The Spring or Autumn are the most comfortable months to visit Madrid weather wise as temperatures are around 25 degrees centigrade and evenings are great for eating outside in the Al fresco cafe culture. I believe winter months can be cold and the summer temperatures are very hot. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful, many of them speak English very well and can give useful advice. The breakfast buffet is substantial and I would recommend paying for this when booking a room to save having to pay separately and sign a receipt each time we ate, as we had to do. The bedroom was spacious with two large beds which were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well and the room temperature was lovely. The bathroom facilites were excellent with two sinks which gave my wife and I one each to use. There was a double headed shower and a bath with hot water swiftly available. There is a mini fridge and a safe in the room too. There is a restaurant on the ground floor which has various seating areas, including an outside area which is set back from the main street although this does mean it doesn’t really have a view. There is a swimming pool and fitness centre accessible to hotel guests but run separately to the hotel and my only real complaint of the place is that the hours for which guests could go swimming were rather limited. There is an underground, secure car park at the hotel which was very useful. There is also a large shopping centre next door to the hotel, and the car park is also for the shopping centre, although the hotel part is separated off with an electric gate. The shopping centre has a very well stocked supermarket which is very useful for buying any food or drink you may want during trips around the city. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Madrid and I look forward to going back there again myself.

After zero sleep on JFK to Madrid flight, I stopped by AC Hotel Los Vacos where my husband was checking out at noon. I arrived a the hotel around 8:45 AM, and a front desk staff kindly led me to the cafe area where my husband was having breakfast. My husband asked me if I wanted to get breakfast, but I said no because I was so exhausted and had no appetite. There was coffee & tea and some juice in a separate section from the cafe. I thought It was for the hotel guest. When I was pouring myself a tea and OJ, a wait staff stood behind me and used a very stern tone, ”What's your room number”, I did not know my husband's room number, and I said, ”could you ask my husband?” She got a room number from my husband, and nothing was explained.  We went to his room, and I passed out for 2 hours. Just before noon, we went to the front desk to check out and asked about an extra 5 euros charge. He said my husband paid for his room and breakfast, but the cafe staff charged him 5 euros for the tea I had in the paper cup. I said, ”It's okay to charge for the drink, but I would have liked it to be explained instead of treated like a thrive and just charged 5 euros. The front staff said, ”Okay, taking out 5 euros charge, but the wait staff doesn't speak English, and if the person doesn't speak a  language, the communication can be crude.” ”Do you speak Spanish?” I said, ”poco” and he said, ”See, 'poco' is not the way how we reply.”  There you have it. If you like your hotel staff to treat you like a thief and criticize your poor Spanish, this is a hotel for you. I was looking forward to my first overseas trip after the pandemic; what a disappointing start to my experience in Spain. What a welcome... 

Amazing 😍💙💙 I wont tell you it is the most fancy and luxury hotel in Madrid but i will garuntee you the best stay ever We had a terrace with Palace view room We had a museum ventage cars tour in the hotel it self Location is great really close to royale Palace And close to sabatini Gardens .. 🙁 Price was too high for 3-stars Hotel but it worth every euro 🙁 Housekeeping was not that good but we got it so late ,, Staff was very friendly and helpful My next stay to Madrid will be in Same hotel See you again

Absolutely loved this hotel. It was perfect for a couple traveling with their children. We stayed for a week, the location was amazing across the street from The amazingly beautiful Retiro park. The staff was great, rooms cleaned very well. We had the included breakfast which was great lots of choices. Can’t say enough about it. Having a junior suite with separate bedroom and huge separate space for sitting and bunk beds was key for us to have a wonderful week! Would definitely return!
