This is one star hotel and not 3. No vegetables in the breakfast which is the important item in any food during the day. The crew dont know to speak English so you have to know Spanish.

Very good hospitality, very welcoming staff attending the reception, very accommodating and not a single situation where we felt unwelcome and treated unfairly. Definitely will book in the future holiday plan. Highly recommended.

Nice spot for quick access around madrid , metro station very close . Clean small room , plenty of shops around the heart of madrid .

Instalaciones del hotel muy bien , limpieza bien , el servicio muy malo , llegué hacer check in y me dice la recepcionista que el check in es a las 14:00 horas y en la app trip dice 12:000 horas , que la agencia con la que hacía la reserva estába errónea porque el check in en ese hotel siempre es a las 14:00 horas , q lo cual me parece extraño porque siempre hago mis reservas de hotel y avión con trip y nunca había ningún inconveniente, finalmente me toco esperar hasta las 12:00 horas para hacer check in y poder ingresar al hotel , lo más extraño es que había otra persona haciendo check in a las 12 y en ningún momento le mencionó que era hasta las 14:00 hrs , pésimo servicio de atención al cliente de la señora **** !

半夜才到酒店 馬德里市中心到酒店打車二十分鐘左右 早上六點鐘趕飛機 打車到機場十多分鐘就到了 僅限中轉機場可以住 沒有什麼設施可言 但衞生乾淨 性價比高
