No one contacted when items were lost from the bed. No daily cleaning. Poor soundproofing. Crowded toilet with no exhaust fan. The bed made noises.

The hotel is located near the Royal Palace and the Sun Palace Square, which can basically be reached on foot.
However, the facilities are not hotel standards, more like a youth hostel. The address is in the middle of the building, and the elevator is relatively old. If the suitcase is too heavy, don't consider it. The door is key-locked, which is not safe enough. The room is very poorly soundproofed, and it is close to the street, the road is narrow, and the surrounding environment is very noisy. You need to press the bell for the first check-in. The cost-effectiveness is not high, it is recommended to choose a regular hotel

Excellent hotel. Good location, close to attractions. Everything is clean, cozy. The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about the cleaning. We liked it, we will definitely come back.
