great hotel for me and my partner, couldn’t have asked for a better room and location. would definitely recommend to anyone and would happily stay here again. thankyou again for the amazing hospitality and treatment!

Small but cozy room, very helpful staff, great common area with lots of amenities, microwave, water kettle, coffee machine, etc. Convenient location close to Retiro park, supermarkets, restaurants, and metro/bus stations.

This hotel is very clean and super convenient for getting to Atocha train station on Metro Line 1. There are two supermarkets nearby which is handy. The price is pretty good value for money in Madrid. The room was a bit small and basic, but it was definitely spotless.

We visited our Son and partner in Madrid, it was a perfect way to stay in Madrid! 👍

It’s not bad for the price but they need to change the toilet’s door😀it makes squeaking noise, very annoying .

I enjoyed every bit of Spain

This hotel saved us because our previous hotel booking was unceremoniously cancelled. Anyway, while this hotel is not in the city center, still, it was near a big market, fast food chains, and more importantly, near a train station. Btw, we didn’t like the layout of its CR/restroom. If you’re a couple, then you may not find it odd. But since we were business travellers, it was a bit difficult to use. But overall, we liked staying here! The beds are comfy and the staff are nice and accommodating.

Close to free parking and a metro station. Good value for money. It's an Ibis Budget, so the shower and toilet are directly in the room!

I went there without knowing any Spanish, but the staff were very helpful and cheerful, speaking in English. The hair dryers were only available for rent, so having to return them to the lobby after use was a little inconvenient. There was a large highway-like road in front of the hotel, but the noise wasn't bothersome. It was nice that there was a subway station nearby, although it wasn't the main station.

It's a scam, right? At most ten square meters, not even a blanket! You'll catch a cold from the cold.

It's a little far from the city center, but the proximity to the train station and a 24-hour supermarket was a plus. You need to borrow a hairdryer from the front desk.
