Was a very bad experience. The room have a bathroom, but is all open, the door is terrible. After arrive 11.30 pm, i could not open my room door. The hotel service, try but they also could not open, they give me other room, for wait. Very bad..

It feels like a hostel but has the privacy of a hotel. Just enough for a solo traveler and great for groups or young friends. Good use of space and good location of course!

完全是看照騙定的房。在攜程上訂到最差的酒店，沒有之一。不到5平方，小得可憐。房間不隔音，環境太差。價格還這麼貴，門市價不到100歐，800多的房價簡直是搶錢

Me he alojado en el hotel casi una semana y creo que el lugar está muy bien situado. Puedes tomar el metro y autobuses en el barrio fácilmente.

位置還挺可以，就是吹風機還要去前台借有點難受，而且還是洗完頭髮才發現沒有吹風機，頭髮濕濕在前台還要借還要被前台小妹説我不要插隊，她先處理好前面兩個人的入住。。。半夜還聽到有人開我房門的聲音，害怕，想打電話問前台怎麼回事，才發現房間也沒有電話。。。。。塞維利亞住的style ibis感受很好，馬德里這家還是再考慮吧

沒有吹風機就算了，連被子都沒有，防止你蓋被子吹空調把被子取消了，衹有很薄的類似桌布，凍的一夜沒睡着，找前台讓空調製熱，夏天開制熱，腦子壞了嘛，制熱也不管用衹有製冷，要了被子裏面有毛髮沒蓋，最後穿着衣服睡了兩小時😾😾

房間很小的，燈光不太夠！勝在位置近車站☺️ 就近也有大型超市，可以買食物回酒店吃😋酒店服務台隔離，有坐位可以給房客使用。有個小花園可以在那地方吸煙的。

마드리드 중심과 가깝고 역도 가깝고 공항과도 가까운 위치에 있어서 편리했습니다 청결하고 데스크 안내도 친절핬습니다

in a working class neighbourhood out by rayo vallacano football stadium,pleasant staff clean cubicle like functional small rooms,ok for a short stay,plenty of food options outside.good transport connections linking the rest of the city and approx 1 hour from the airport.

Personal Extremely Friendly, always trying to help, beds Really comfortable, the area is 5 minutes walking from a Metro Station “Puente de Vallecas”, you will be in the center of Madrid in 15 minutes !! The area is sorrounded by small restaurants, stores, coffee shops!!

Well the hotel was in a quite decent location but the room was really small. Sound proofing was good. I did not like the open toilet inside the room. There was no privacy sitting on the pot. They should at least put a closed door. Also it was really small that a normal person cannot even stand properly. It was a little overpriced. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was just fine considering the price.

We stayed here 3 nights. The room is not big but we managed with it. The staff is amazing and very friendly . We always like to have extra pillows and that was arranged without any problems. The shower is nice and warm and has good pressure. The internet is not that great and very slow maybe time for an upgrade. Can not watch Netflix. Breakfast was simple but nice and not to busy with people. The city is 10 minutes by metro and the metro station is 3 minutes walk from the hotel.
