I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Madrid! Sound isolation was very good, air conditioning worked well, and personal was very friendly and ready to help with any question! Also location is perfect, you can walk to any of city famous places by feet!

Chambre incroyablement belle avec balcon vu sur le quartier du centre ville. Hôtel super bien placé en pleins de milieu du centre, il y a tout aux alentours que ce soit transports, commerces, restaurant et bar/discothèque. Dames de l’accueil en passant par la femme de ménage au top!

This hotel really exceeded our expectations. We mostly booked it because it is right next to the Gran Via metro stop, but we ended up loving it not only for the convenience, but also the comfort. The room was the perfect size, and it had everything we needed for our stay (although there was no mini fridge, we simply kept some leftovers on the enclosed balcony overnight, which worked well). The staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable, and there was a water fountain in the hallway to refill our water bottle. I would highly recommend this accommodation!
