I stayed at this place for several days. During my stay, my toothbrush, toothpaste, and towel were stolen. They helped me change rooms, which was an upgrade, and compensated me with a new towel, toothbrush, and toothpaste. However, it's a real shame there's no shared kitchen, not even a microwave. One of the male bartenders at the restaurant/bar had a bad attitude. Maybe a Chinese person offended him in the past. When I politely thanked him, he looked at me as if I owed him something.

The hotel's location is superb, just a 10-minute walk from Puerta del Sol. It's also within walking distance of attractions like the Royal Palace of Madrid, San Miguel Market, and Plaza Mayor. Check-in was very convenient, and the hotel lobby was quite impressive.

Excellent value for money, but only available at this price through your platform. The staff's attitude and service are far superior to those of star-rated hotels. The hygiene is also very well maintained. Overall, it's an absolutely outstanding experience in all aspects.

Easily accessible via 2 metro lines. DIA & Carrefour within walking distance. The dormitory is great, with ensuite & balcony. TCH Madrid have one of the cosiest common area for a hostel. There's also a space where they held events like dance classes or movie screening. Only cons: no fridge & microwave oven.

Not been to too many hostels, but this probably takes the #1 spot. The lobby/gathering area is so spacious, open concept, seats all around, pple could easily mingle. A small courtyard in between 2 blocks of accom. Beds are clean and comfortable, curtains available for your own privacy and lights bright enough alongside the bed. Location-wise, really central to the few places i wanted to see, all within walking distance(or perhaps it was the location that selected the sights for me).

I stayed in a women-only room. Everyone there was very well-mannered, so I had a very pleasant stay. They even gave me a welcome drink! I was a bit worried about the security of the area, but I didn't have any issues. I recommend bringing a padlock for your locker.

It is one my best experiences out of all hostels I have stayed in. I believe it deserves 3 star rating rather than 2star. Right in the heart of Madrid and all attractions can be reached by foot for 15-20 min walk.  I would highly recommend 6 bed dormitory with attached bathroom and shower. Feels like comfortable and cozy. Tha bar is outstanding for those who want to have an indoor fun time.

The room was very clean and well-designed, featuring a separate bunk bed for the child. Breakfast options were a bit limited and pretty standard, but the omelets and mushrooms were truly excellent. Upon entering the hotel, you immediately feel a sense of calm, a quiet oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle. The public areas are comfortably furnished, with distinct zones for reading, relaxing, and entertainment, ensuring everyone's peace and privacy. Unfortunately, my stay was quite short, and I even missed out on the complimentary welcome drink. A special shout-out to the young man at the front desk! He was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. Truly fantastic service! Overall, my experience was very positive.

It was a great choice. Very helpful staff. There were different events every day from a city tour to a pub crawl. The room was clean and cleaned daily. They are also very LGBT friendly for those of you part of that scene. I highly recommend this hostel.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! It's well-equipped, and we stayed in a quad room which was great value for money.

Very good, the room was spotless, and the reception area on the first floor is spacious, perfect for conversations and relaxing.

Nice room and very good location. Only drawback is that there is no kitchen facilities if you plan to cook your own food.

In a good location, a comfortable bunk with a privacy screen, a decent bar, and great facilities in the room. Would recommend.
