Conveniently located near the Railway, Metro and bus station. Walkable distance to lots of restaurants and view points. The breakfast is excellent with lots of choices and delicious. Will choose this one again and recommend to friends.

This hotel is just opposite to Atocha Train station, very convenient for me to travel to Barcelona after Madrid. The room is quite small but well organised. The dressing table is so nice and elegant with many bulbs. Surprisingly they provide hair straightener too.Buen Retiro Park is not far away from hotel.

Very convenient location and a perfect choice if you plan for travelling by train to other spots or pick up a rental car

Amazing experience, right opposite to the main train station. The rooms were comfortable / clean / bathroom and toiletries excellent and breakfast that is better than most 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Only thing that could have been improved is the bedding / pillows however they are perfectly fine for the price. Would 100% stay again

Chic and trendy hotel which is just located opposite of the Atocha train station. Got a really fancy mirror closet and suprisingly there is a hair straightener together with the hair dryer in the drawer! My friend loves it very much.

This hotel is awesome - highly recommend. Simple but really nice - great location, right opposite to train station. U can feel that they really know what guest want. And, the best is their staff- really helpful (and handsome / pretty).

We had a very good experience in the same brand hotel in Sevilla therefore we booked the same one in Madrid. However the experience is so different and even to say disappointed. The reception staff is not as warm welcome. We stay two nights and the first night with a very noisy room although I’ve requested on a quiet room.

I booked 2 rooms, quite small but well organized. What's beyond absurd was the lock of my door was broken so I got locked outside of my own room on New Year's Eve! I had to go to my friend's room and called front desk, but he pretended he didn't understand and kept asking me was it the interconnecting door couldn't open. Come on, there's no interconnecting door between room 620 and 619!! Be professional ok?! Finally he said he would send someone up to fix it, then I waited for 10mins and no one showed up. After I made the second call and still no one showed up, I decided to come down to the reception in my PAJAMAS! Yes I was locked outside of my room for more than 10 mins in my pajamas in winter!!! And the man at the front desk who answered my call was very arrogant and told me “our hotel is fully booked today, we have to attend to so many needs". I was outrages at his word. Doesn't your hotel have some kind of procedures to decide what kind of request from guests is urgent and need to be dealt with in priority? Is someone got locked outside of their room is lowest priority compare to someone requesting a shower cap something? THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD IN HOTELS AROUND THE WORLD!

Very convenient! The hotel is also near the train station & 24 hours airport shuttle bus.

This hotel is very close to Atocha station, so very suitable for me as i travel to Barcelona and Toledo from Atocha. The hotel looks quite new and clean. I like the modern interior design. They also allowed me to put my luggage in the hotel after check out for 3 days when i traveled to Barcelona, that provides great convenience for me! Overall, can consider this hotel again if visit Madrid in the future.
